Could someone answer me real quick, I want dragon caves to be fairly common. Do I change the spawn chance of dragon dens to like..... 50 to be common or 500 to be common?
I put like 50 but caves still don't spawn....
is this uncompatable with roguelike dungeons and other underground mods?

1/50 is more common than 1/500. If you´re generating that many dens, I would suggest you turn the experimental pathfinding to true or face some severe lag. I have both Roguelike and Ice and Fire in a personal instance of Tektopia and the caves seems to generate fine. Also, if you have Twilight Forest on your Instance - and if it´s not blacklisted on the configs, you can find exposed dragon dens (since TF ground level is 34) by the dozens , specially in the cold área (all TF biomes seems to be suitable for dragon caves)
Would it be possible to add to the modification a creature that does not fly and does not swim, but which walks on land and which can be tamed and mounted like a horse?
I have two examples of creatures:
Idea number 1.
Fiend - very well known from the game The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. In my country it is called "Bies", "Czart" or "Rokita".
(interesting fact: the name "bies" translates as "causing fear")
He would be about the size of a dragon at the 3rd stage of growth, would have elk horns and initially would have an aggressive attitude towards the player, but you could tame him with the help of two new items ... Snares for beasts and something for bait ... Hippogriff's meat. To mount it you would have to put on a special saddle adapted to the monster.
Idea number 2.
Sleipnir - eight-legged horse from Norse mythology. it would be twice the size of a regular horse, of course eight hooves, and it would appear in black, white and silver, with red runes written on its skin.
It would have momentum mechanics, which would mean that after some time riding on it, it would accelerate and in full run could catch up with the dragon and run on the water (a bit strange I know, but it could be).
Sorry for my English, I'm not very fluent in this language
In the world you could very rarely find what I call the "Great Lair"
(fire dragons - volcano / ice dragons - grottoes inside the glaciers / storm dragons - mountains reaching the clouds)
In the lair you could meet a dragon that has reached a new stage of growth ... 6th stage, in addition to incredible size, would stand out with more developed horns and spines on the back, clear signs of old age (jagged wings, something like a beard from spikes, ETC) and previously with Alpha instinct.
Alpha's instinct would be that such a dragon would have total control over all dragons within a radius of forty to eighty chunks. Dragons living on the territory of the Alpha would have to hunt and carry their prey to the Great Lair (it would be possible for a dragon to catch the player in the clutches and take him to the Alpha's lair) Sometimes the Alpha dragon may be dissatisfied with the brought prey and may devour the dragon that would bring it (otherwise cannibalism), Alpha would thus cause fear among his flock, killing the Alpha, you can get an effect that I personally call "Dragon Respect", would be that dragons living in the territory of the dead alpha can treat the player as an alpha and allow the player to enter with impunity nests and would allow you to ride ... it would only work in the former Alfa.
The Alpha Dragon would be a kind of mini boss or even a regular boss (like an end dragon), so what would a boss be without a good loot?
In addition to the standard bones, scales, heart, meat and skull of the dragon (of course in the "enlarged" version), you could get the Dragon Pearl, a powerful artifact that, combined with the dragon scepter in the crafting table, would be able to increase the power and power of the player ... would create player of the great magician. depending on the species, there would be three types of pearls:
- fire: power of fire and lava
-Ice: ice and water power
- storm: the power of winds and lightning.
Of course, I'm sorry for my full of possible mistakes English
is there a possible way that you could include the Dragon's Eye Bauble recipe in Ice And Fire that allows the use of Ice or Fire Dragon Skulls for it? I've tried to reverse engineer a modpack using the RLCraft modpack as a base and then just keep removing mods I don't want to use and I've also used the recipe document from it too but I can't get the new recipes to work, including that one. I also kept the CraftTweaker mod in as well so it's not that. Any ideas?
please make the dragons normal, and add the wyverns separately, also reduce the spawn of the valisisks in the shroud, otherwise they run in packs and don't even allow a couple of blocks to pass. thanks in advance
Seeing how the dragons themselves feel like miniature bosses sometimes, would it be possible to modify the ender dragon so it acts similarly to the other dragons? I'm sure it would make the end battle much more interesting if not just look cooler. Not to mention it would be cool if you could get ender dragon armor and tools, or maybe hatch the ender dragon egg to get a pet ender dragon. it doesn't have to be any more powerful, and hell, it could even be a little worse and just have a few magical properties.
Just something to consider if it hasn't been thought of already.
On my Server the Trolls are spawn and get freezed (get stoned). I can hit them with my sword and they lose 10 HP, but if i hit them again, they get the 10 HP back. They just don't move and or attack anymore.
They've confirmed Multiple times that there's only going to be ice and fire dragons, and i doubt they've changed that.
haha unoriginal signature go brr
They changed their mind and are going to add a lightning dragon eventually but it will be very rare I think.
hehe, whoops
i joined the discord and saw that at the top of the list thing, yea that's entirely my bad

Nice video Plat, anyways do you want to fight pillager raids when this mod reaches 1.14.4?
my bad
How did you guys learn to code so well, as a noobish coder I am looking at this wonderful project with awe

My favorite dragon isn't in this its the silver dragon from dnd

Very nice MOD! Brings a lot of life to the game.

Are werewolves and wendigos still coming?
Are there loot tables for this mod?

Will there ever be a change to the ender dragon?
