What am i doing wrong exactly? Im using the high version with Chroma hills and this happens,
what minecraft version are you using? If it 1.8 or 1.8.8 then this would be your problem as POM is buggy at the moment and we recommend using minecraft 1.7.2 or 1.7.10, also make sure there are no other texture packs loaded and that its just chromahills
Amazing shaders! I really like the development that you've done here! I went ahead and made a YouTube video featuring your mod if you don't mind! The viewers seem to really like it too! If you wanna see the video it'll be right here:
I turned off volumemetric clouds, lowered shader resolution, but heck, even standard edition is far more lagy compared to seus 10.2. Can't figure out what the problem is, but standard with volumeclouds disabled and shadowres lowered by half gives me a bare 13 fps at best, while seus 19 at minimum. I'm trying to figure this out because continuum fixes some annoying seus issues, but the lag is hard. It's definitely related to composites + final because i removed everything else but the fps gain is minimal (2). Any ideas?

nice video, I actually watched it like 20 mins after you uploaded it :-) as I have subscribed to your channel after you reviewed my other shader super shaders so yeah we don't mind at all and we encourage people to make videos with this shader.
Yes I did and there's no major difference fps wise. Lite gives me a rough 20fps, but lite aint worth it if SEUS with GI enabled gives me approx 20 too, and approx 25 with GI disabled. I really love the shader, mostly because it fixes a lot of seus issues, but the lag is too hard to be enjoyable at the time. I'll keep returning to it when new versions come out in hope for comparable framerate to SEUS (obviously with volumeclouds disabled).
As a suggestion: SEUS water shaders are the worst and needs a lot of love. It doesn't work properly, default textures are drawn below glitchy reflections and continuum has this issue as well. Have you guys ever considered refraction? That's the only thing I really miss (and I'm sure I'm not the only one).
FPS, SEUS 10.2p1 VS Continuum lite & Continuum medium (no dof)
Here are 3 screenshots for comparison. Note that I reverted to original resource pack because I use 256×256 (I get the above stated fps with my resource pack, I took the screenies with default MC resourcepack).
I noticed in your pics that your using a GTX 465, this card is now very low end and these shaders are quite intensive and are more aimed at the high end cards like the GTX 970, 980 or the GTX 770 range. How ever if you have access to the shared folder there are some non-official Continuum versions that have better performance that have just recently been made including one that rivals SEUS 10.2 as well as a new low version that should give better fps over all, if you dont have access then head over to our facebook page and send us a Private message and we will send you a link to the shared folder. https://www.facebook.com/ContinuumShader
I have AMD Radeon graphics and it doesn't work The screen goes to the bottom left and in strange colors. And yes unzipping the file and moving to shaderpacks doesn't work
Hmm, I've had this before... If only I could remember what fixed it...
Try using optifine.
Try getting a different shader, and see if that works, that way you can determine whether it's the shader's problem or your own.
idk really know - it's been a long time since this happened to me.
ok idk if your up for suggestions, but ive noticed in real life that if you look at a light from around 5-10+ meters away that you get a little glare around it. kinda like a faint circular rainbow and something that looks like a godray effect coming from it. I was wondering if you could possibly add this into the next version? because I know your focused on realism and I think this would add to the effect. please try to do this.
CONTINUUM 1.1 RCis finally ready for you all to try!
These are still what im classing as release candidates to first of all make sure they are working correctly and to gain any feed back. The other reason behind this is that I still havent been able to get in touch with joey or dethraid to talk about this updated version.
Change log:
* Removed reflection from stained glass
* Toned down the colour on the rain drops on lens
* Fixed DOF breaking the under water refract
* New Smooth shadow in some versions, better fps
* Low and Normal versions have lower quality bloom, better fps
* All versions should see a boost in fps
* Slight change to the PCSS and now looks even better IMO
So, I tried adding the rainbow lens flare back into 'Standard GI v1.1' and it failed - miserably. I guess it could've been worse, there weren't any errors, except nothing changed - the lens flare wasn't there. If it's now located in a different file, don't mind me, I'm just stupid. It's just that I've only ever found lens flares in the 'final.fsh' in other shaderpacks (and the previous version of this one, for that matter). If it's impossible, that's fine, you guys did an excellent job though. Thanks for the excellent work!

No your right it normally is in final.fsh but was removed in the standard, normal and low versions while I was performance testing and never got around to putting it back in, I will make sure it's back in for the next release. If you can't get it working your self and really want it just send me a private message and I will help you.
Minecraft doesn't support SLI, even if it's in a single card.
That's a simple glitch with 1.8, or if your using AF it could also be that.
use 1.7.10
(insert ad for a mod im making in the far future for making 1.8 not having glitches with shaders)
Hmm, interesting. Does it work on Minecraft?
Really? I looked up some images of the Titan Z and it looks like a dual GPU card.
Haha it's fine, I blame Nvidia's naming scheme

this graphics driver could use an update, I have 350.12 on my gaming laptop and the same on my gaming pc (I know its not the latest but its working)

Thank you for this AWESOME shader! And the ice just looks gorgeous first time I see a shaderpack with ice reflection. Good job on that!
I have one question: is it possible to disable TOTALLY the leaves waving. I can disable the leaves, but not the waving shadows.
Thanks!
Sorry for my bad English
Seen lots of cool stuff 'bout this shaders! Been planning on a PC... how well do you think the GTX 960 could handle the highest version?
