Curse PremiumMake sure you have Forge Mod Loader and Think Big Core installed, then put Lots of Things into the mods folder inside of .minecraft or your server's mods folder. Provided you are using Ad Inferos on the appropriate Version of Minecraft, and have no conflicting mods you will be good to go!

Curse PremiumCobblestone Armor isn't a bad idea, how ever I'm not going to make Obsidian Armor because I all ready put that in my other mod Ad Inferos
I would suggest putting up some screenshot. Besides that, I wonder, what exactly makes this different from other gun mods? (dont tell me the soda, if I want more food and drink items I get myself a proper food mod).
Aside those concerns, the rest looks quite promising. You got a whole bunch of features there and if you keep improving and also BALANCING (!!!), you could actually make this become a pretty good survivalism mod.

I LOVE this mod! it is SO fun to play around with! I especially love the med kit! my idea was to maybe add some more medical supplies? also i think that the rainbow apple recipe should be changed, so its like this
