The thing is just that there are people on the internet, coding and promoting Minecraft mods with malishios intend and to steel others data. Now, because you are a stranger to me, i dont know if you would do such stuff, so its a matter of trusting somebody. And i trust people, who get paid for making Antivirus Software more than some random dude on the internet. Nervertheless these people can make mistakes and if they did so, than im here to apologize.
After your reply i did some investiagtion myself.
I added your mod via Twich Launcher to my own custom pack and scanned the file for viruses agian, with no success.
Furthermore i uploaded the file to Virustotal with no success either.
Sorry for accusing you.
I'll just call it a day, becuase i think it was just a flaw in my AV programm
I dont think the modpack creators did this either, since one of them is a "famous" yter and as i am aware, if you download a pack via Twitch Launcher, it will manually grab all the mods required just like i did in my testing.
Hey there! I love the mod, but I have a question. How do I go about using the lanterns? I made up a golden lantern, but when I place it, nothing seems to happen.

Lanterns need to be lit - currently, this can only be done with a flint and steel
Small request to add Nickel to the Ore Blocks that drop Ore Clusters.
I also seem to have the problem that Tinker's Construct does not like the Ore Clusters for melting into their liquid counter parts. Not sure which author to bring to the attention to.
I have a config for that - enable the option to register DT's ore clusters as dust, and Tinker's should know what to do with them, however, this can lead to some janky behaviour from other mods (mostly just some odd recipes, but I have done my best to eliminate this).
It would be helpful if you suggest to Tinker's to add smelting for "clusterIron", "clusterGold", etc. as their smeltery doesn't seem to have compatibility for anything registered as a cluster in the OreDictionary.
Hi again! I finally figured out the issue regarding seeing enchantment descriptions. (The keybind I needed to set was 'sneak', because that's just logical).
When I mouseover many enchants, it says, "Please refer to Dungeonpedia Volume 3: Trinkets & Charms." I pulled up JEI and searched dungeon, and I can make Dungeonpedia volume 1. But there are no options for Volumes 2 or 3. Are they found objects? Thanks.
edit: Figured it out. I had to search for "Alchemy". The "Dungeonpedia" part of the title isn't actually the name of the item.
Hey there, I've been playing with Dungeon Tactics in a few of my modpacks and it's a pretty amazing mod but recently I've been trying to use the duct tape and it's just not working any more.
I imagine you get a lot of questions like this but as far as I know I have everything needed to repair my equipment. I've tried the duct tape in both hands and I have a bunch of experience levels. The issue I'm worried about is that I'm also playing with the EMC mod this time and it might be changing or effecting the items?
Thanks for reading this, I'm sorry if I missed something obvious along the way.
Love the mod so far, but I have one question. Is there a way to disable ore clusters? Replacing the actual ores with the clusters conflicts with parts of a mod I am using and it'd really be helpful if I could negate the conflicts.
The ability to turn off the rpg sitting thing and configure what you can sit on within the mod settings in game would be fantastic. This thing killed me so many times while trying to eat or place blocks in skyblock and in twilight forest to the point where, before I managed to find the information about the config file and how to do turn it off there (as I'm quite new) I considered just uninstalling the whole mod out of my tekxit pack to get rid of that one thing.

intends to make a support for the Baubles Mod?
sorry for my English
I do not intend to add support for Baubles. Though I do understand why a few people have requested this, it is not something that I want for DT due to the way it would change balance.
Suggestion: Config option to set dims that structures spawn in. This would allow modpack authors to specify dims that they want them in like if they just wanted them in hunting dim or the like.

Hey, I was wondering if there was a way to lower or eliminate the hunger cost of the trinkets. I know its there for balance, but they drain a lot of hunger. you could add a config option to change the amount of hunger they use, or have a "charge" system similar to mods that have RF powered tools. the durability of the trinket could go down with use, and when its depleted, it could "break" and need repaired with a similar ring, or iron, gold, or diamond nuggets for the three tiers of ring. The balance would be different, but I feel it would be good. or, the trinkets could be swapped between the two systems with a config option.
oh, also, the mod config GUI in forge says there is no config available, could you add compatibility for that, small thing, but figured i'd mention it.
I do plan to add a config for this. Haven't gotten round to it, because of real life.
I am aware that the forge GUI says there is no config - that is because I never set DT up to use the config GUI. The config file can be accessed/edited in your .minecraft folder in %AppData%
Just to be clear, im not blaming you.

Sounds like you are doing it right. Could be a mod conflict.
I am going away for a couple of weeks, but I will have a look into it when I get back.
a few things... 1. i don't see a crossbow in the creative menu or jei... and there is nothing in the config
2. how do you throw grenades in survival
3. i cant rocket jump with flight goggles
4. i don't know how the shield bash works :|
5. what does frostburn do?
1. Crossbow was removed almost two years ago, and replaced with the Potshot
2. Go to the project page on curse and read the description
3. Go to the project page on curse and read the description
4. Check your keybinds and press the assigned key with a DT shield in hand, while looking at a target
5. Entities receive increased damage while under the effect of Frostburn, the amount is slightly higher for each level of Frostburn

It's in the config file

This is already a thing. Has been for a while.
