Well infinite creative flight gets boring after a while. The alternatives are usually much more fun, such as Icarus, Thaumostatic Harness, Phantom Bridge Sigil, Flugel Tiara, stuff like that.

I very much agree! But I'm afraid we're the minority here =P
To that end, I have actually disabled most forms of creative-type flight in my modpack. Except the KAMI robes, but I figured those take long enough to get it's worth t to leave them in. You want flight in my pack, you work for it lol.

Oh also, would it be possible to get the recipes for the lingering potions to come up in NEI? I assume either you've had to do something weird or the brewing stand recipe handler works weird though, I guess.

I'll investigate that bug, thanks for the report
As for the lingering potions not showing up on NEI, it's because they aren't coded the same way the other brewing recipes are (I couldn't do them that way). I added a very versatile brewing recipe registry into Forge for 1.8, I'll probably add it to Et Futurum so I can make use of it and NEI would support it (also added support for it onto NEI for 1.8 XD). It's a shame Forge refuses to add any new features to 1.7, would make my life a lot easier XD

And yeah, I wondered if that could be the problem, it "felt" similar to the crashes with the Twilight Forest a while back. While it isn't as bad as Optifine, it's a shame it seems to complicate things, since it makes such an improvement to the smoothness of playing Hope it can be fixed though...

Ok, yeah that's what i was thinking but my little brother kept on asking me to post a comment and see if you plan on adding a elitra i told him what you told me but he said that he would rather a elitra because he thinks that the way the elytra works like a hang glider in fact that you can go down and gain speed or go up to lose speed (unlike open-blocks hang glider), ether that or he just likes seeing me fail and go splat on a wall and dying.

I don't really know what's causing it, but I've been occasionally getting this crash; seems to be related to world generation:

If you add the Elytra, will you add the version that can go up, or include the recent nerf that makes them only able to go level or down?
