I love the anvil pet, he's my favorite so far, I love the Om nom nom sound he makes, my only gripe is that I can repair diamond tools with iron nuggets.....I wish he could eat diamond nuggets/ iron nuggets/ wood planks or sticks (for wood tools)/ and cobblestone.....

Interesting idea, pixel_geist. Might be hard to do, but see what you are getting at... steeper repair requirements. Will think about this one.
Hey, a while back I suggested you add this pet, and now that there's an actual poll being done, I figured I should give the idea a second time
you should add a pet called the storm pet, which eats lapis nuggets, and controls the weather. The hotbar animation could be it turning from white to gray, and giving off lightning and rain.
Another could be a wolf pet, with the ability "howl"
It would summon two wolves that will help kill the mobs around you and leave.
Is it possible to maybe create a bag like the feeding bag, except you can put inventory pets in it, and when put in your hotbar, you get the inventory pet's abilities?

The Sieve Pet.
Right click to get a random material.
Chances:
Flint: 20%
Redstone: 15%
Coal: 11%
Iron: 5%
Lapis: 5%
Gold: 3%
Diamond: 1%
Emerald: 1%
Quartz: 15%
Nothing: 24%
Eats Gravel, One use per food.

Not sure I understand what you mean... you can turn off feeding in the config...
Please add a support for DualHotbar. That would be great!
Or let the user select the usable slots in the config file (That would also work with other mods and would be easy)
