I tried with your version of Forge. I even made it Turkish (just in case). Everything seems to work, sorry.
Check your console for errors (or your logs). If it can't find a texture, it should print an error to the screen (e.g., unable to find texture). Paste that back in here if you find it.
A solution:
One other way to force the textures to work it is to use the Resource Loader mod. Simply add the 1.7.10 version of the Resource Loader mod to your mods folder. Then create a new folder in your minecraft directory called 'resources' and in there create a folder structure inventorypets/textures/items. Your folder structure should be:
minecraft/resources/inventorypets/textures/items/
In this items folder, put all the nugget textures you found from your WinRAR extract, and run the game. I think this will do the trick.
I may have found a bug. I use Gencreator and schematica to create dungeons and make them naturally spawn in survival. When I came to one of my large dungeons there was a pet with some nuggets etc on the floor inside the building (Ground level). It might be the spawning?

I'll try that as soon as possible. (Maybe tomorrow)
The way I fixed mine when Minecolony made it seem impossible to fix, was to use the installer and if the games installed click "Repair". I also deleted my .minecraft folder, than moved my mods back into there folders, minus minecolony because it caused the problem (I still like Minecolony and hope they fix it, but I'll stick with Millenaire).
Also I've had a lot of problems with Liteloader in the past. I'd recommend Forge as its usually most compatible with mods.

Yes, this looks like a dungeon conflict. Since it's 'ground level' I am assuming it was a Tree Dungeon. In any case, it looks like the Inventory Pets dungeon was created in World Gen, and then your dungeon overwrote it. Once the chest is broken, the contents are spilled out as EntityItems. Not sure how to fix this.... don't Gencreator and/or schematic check the locations prior to 'genning'? Certainly Inventory Pets does.
'Haste, sees through Invisibility.' I like this. Does this include True Invisibility?
Also, in the circumstance this does get added, can you put Speed 25 on there? There could be a right-click to toggle sorta thing in case it gets annoying.
Again, if it's added, cheetah like any kind of raw meat, excepting fish.
That Witch Pet is interesting. If it gets added, does the person who came up with it get a 'Designed By' tag so we can see who it is?

I give up. I guess I can deal with it 😢😢

I mean... you could have the Doctor travel to the Minecraft world by accident.

Yes, of course you are right. I will spell it correctly in the future (get it? har har)
Oh my, I couldn't help smiling. I do hope I haven't made you feel annoyed in the 'past'?
(bad pun warning)
how do i remove the sound the slime pet makes when it brings me back to life?
Not possible at the moment without adjusting the .jar file or a resource pack. We can add it in to the config for an update, tho.
