Hi I downloaded the mod and went flying around on top of trees and I cant seem to find chests? I have seen youtubers make a series of Crazy Craft 3.0 which they had chests on trees but I cant find any! Thanks if you help

Everything is working with Inventory Pets dungeon generation (incl. trees)
Questions:
- Are there any other mods in your world that could cause a conflict (no known conflicts at this time, so I'm doubting this is the case)?
- Have you tried editing the config and putting tree dungeons to the max and trying a new world?
- Are you looking in Forest or Birch Forests? That's the only forests you will find them.
- Do you have your video setting set to Fancy? That's the only way you'll see them through the leaves.
Is there any version that will work with Minecraft 1.6.4?

Sorry to say, probably not. It's a huge difference between versions there, and we'd probably lose a few of the pets. Of course, you could play our original mod, CreepTech, and have the very first Inventory Pets (Jerry, Barry, Larry, and Harry). It's available on 1.6.4

Yeah, was just looking to see what we can do here. Random truly means random, which means there's a lot of fluff in there. Not sure if we can create an exclusion list, but maybe something else to get to the same end.
Ideas: Wither Skeleton Pet, acts like wither version of thorns (when you are hit the attacker get 5 seconds of wither) Favorite food is ghast tear. Ender Dragon Pet combines flight and fireballs and fire immunity favorite food is ender pearl. Guardian Pet, thorns, tracking laser (Hold right click) favorite food is diamond nugget, Endermite Pet teleports you on right click, yet acts like an actual Endermite and makes you suffocate on soulsand) favorite food is ender nugget. Silverfish Pet gives you Haste I yet suffocates you on soulsand) favorite food is iron nugget Apple Pet gives you Saturation III and Jump Boost I favorite food is obsidian nugget. Ore Pet on right click gives you random ore with random cooldown and favorite food is emerald nugget. Charged Creeper Pet has same abilties as Creeper Pet but adds Speed I favorite food is obsidian nugget Zombie Pigman Pet summons friendly pigmen when you're hit favorite food is gold nugget. Villager Pet randomly gives you emeralds favorite food is emerald nugget. Rabbit Pet gives you Jump Boost IV and favorite food is lapis nugget. Hey everyone, just a quick update on Custom Pets. After playing with the Alpha in 1.3.4+ for a bit and sorting through a bit of feedback, we've decided that a Config GUI is not going to work. It's not flexible enough and doesn't feel immediate to the user. We wanted to do it this way originally so that we could have consistent pets across a world, set by one owner (or modpack owner). Now we have changed our minds, because it's just not fun enough :D.
In the next update, Custom Pets will use an In-Game GUI and will be fully customizable from there (name, effects, food, name, level). Doing it this way adds a really dymamic element to the mod, where you get play around immediately with the available combination of effects. It also opens up a whole new host of possibilities we are super excited about.
We'll have an update to the GUI in the next release (1.3.6) and provide an updated guide as well.

It pulls all vanilla items, all craftable items from all mods installed, plus a few other random things, including pets and certain items from other mods (if installed).

If you were to add an exclusion list, wouldn't it be logical to put it in the configs? For example, choosing between blacklist or whitelist and then putting the item ids that should be excluded/included.

Yes, ItemID in the config. Of course, there are items from other mods to consider.... could exclude those via text entries... Looking for examples in vanilla and other mods to test with.

When you post a mod: "No pics no clicks" and "MCreator = bad ~99% of the time"
Don't forget to read the crashlog before reporting the crash. It might tell you why it's crashing.

I think the pet i the new update is a bit OP. I see how you balanced it, but you can get creative items from it.

For Vanilla, I would say:
Door Blocks
Portal Blocks
Nether Stars and Dragon Eggs
EDIT: Or just make the default whitelist all materials, not finished items.
Example: You can get a piston, but you can't get a sticky piston, because sticky pistons don't build into anything.
