Hello! I was hoping you guys would consider updating to 1.8 since 1.9 should be out shortly (If its already out I have not heard of it for mac) And I would love to put in my world since I am big on animals! Also please consider adding these breeds for they are my absolute favorites!

While this is not necessarily a complaint, but this mod pretty much made vanilla wolves seem inferior in my opinion if I ever do find one of the stronger dogs (eg german shepherd) due to the dog's undying feature thanks to the dog house so I was wondering if it is possible for you to make the wolves able to use the features offered by this mod? ( dog house, stay/lie down/free roam)
I've noticed you have a poll whether to switch to 1.8 or not. why not do both? I think it would be good for both sides of the votes. 2 different downloads? is it that hard? some people, like myself, have trouble getting onto forge for 1.7.10. so, I cant play, and I know some people who cant play forge 1.8, so why not do both? does it cost money?
Pitbulls! Me and my fiance rescue pits and recently we lost a very dear pup of ours. Which is sad but it would be nice to have a version of him in minecraft. <3 I don't have a picture of this computer of him but he was black with a white chest. It would mean a lot to see pits put in the game.

Et Futurum brings a lot of new additions from 1.8 to 1.7.10 however clearly this doesn't help if you already have a 1.8 world which you are attached to. I used to be like that with my 1.7 world but nowadays I seem to create a new world every few weeks with a different set of mods to explore each time.
One Conflict - I'm on a modded server and when trying to craft the whistle, I'm getting a "Needle 5905 Minecraft Comes Alive" - Not a whistle.
Try speaking with the server owner about changing the config. It's said on page one, about the config options:
"There's also an option called requireWhistle. If it's set to true, you need a dog whistle to open the dog menu. Otherwise, you can use a dog whistle OR an empty hand."
Then you could just use an empty hand instead of making a whistle.

Somebody should set up a doggy style server that includes a few other mods, like doggy talents and copious dogs, and some other awesome mods to make gaming better! ^^

I know that you've been busy and such but I wanted to suggest a dog breed as maybe a future option.
Maybe in the future a Greyhound/Whippet/Italian Greyhound could be added? Its only a suggestion ^.^
