Hi again Kaity, ensure you have loaded the chunk where the reactor is built. (I recommend using chunkloader from chickenbones)
Simeon, a question for you. I do have a big reactor (286031 mass, 2075Rf/t per controller, 4 controllers, 6 estabilizers), and "eats" (I mean, dissapear) every single RF duct/pipe/cable I put against the reactor controller or the stabilizers, as a matter of fact it is eating doors, buttons, things like that located 6 blocks away. I can handle the latter situation, but with the RFcables is different. The only thing I found that handle that torsion was the tesseracts, thats why I suggested to Kaity. Now you mention the IO Blocks, could you please elaborate that? (you place the IO in the ring of the reactor, but how connect it to the external world?). May I suggest you include some "heavy duty" RF Cable in next versions? (like the heavy duty matter transport pipe :-))
Nonetheless, this MO is one of my cores Mod, used all time, very funny and useful (I have more that 100 items in my matter network for replication, thats why I need lots of RF!!, and the ION Sniper rifle is the best!). Keep the good work Simeon!.

I have to admit I've not tried a chunkloader, I didn't want to add any more mods to the pack, as I've already lost three Ferret worlds due to being a noob
I'm also loving the mod, not found the point/use of the matter network yet (as stated, I am very new to MC), but loving the weapons and the omni tool. Not interested in the Android aspect either.
Do not be afraid to use mods (unless you have a lousy computer, he he)... currently I have 83 mods, but had have up to 120 in the same world : a Thaumcraft one with all and every thaumcraft´s mod addons (yes, you´re right, mods inside mods!!).
Certainly you will need a chunkloader, that is a "requirement", for example, what would happen if you leave your base to explore... the windmills will stop, (not only that, but your crops will not growth, your sugarcane farm will stop growing, any automation will stop... etc. etc.)
Go Kaity, there are more than 5000 (yes, thousands!) of mods in the wild! :-)

I used the Dimensional Anchors that Caigan provided with the modpack but their fuel costs are punitive, excessively so in my opinion. So I've just installed the ChickenChunks one you recommended and it is far better. I like the laser option so you can actually see the area covered

You can use Tab to autocomplete all the structure names.
I think the ship structure name was 'cargo_ship'
I strongly urge you to allow android mobs to despawn. No matter how restricted they are, randomly spawning mobs that don't despawn or die on their own will eventually become a problem. Generally, the problem is that dying to one means that they camp your death point, and there's no way that a naked Steve is going to survive against a Legendary android with a phase rifle. I imagine it's also possible for them to eventually spawn so much they're taking up the entire mob cap.

with Extra Utilities you can use Ender transmitter/Receiver in a energy node to transfer power wirelessly but it's limited per upgrade so you'll need at least a stack to fully transfer all the power
the normal energy node is maxed at 10k RF/tick & the hyper node i believe can transfer up to 1 Million RF/tick
Ender transmitters/receivers seem to have a bug that causes them to cease functioning (permanently) whenever you leave the dimension they're in and forget to chunkload. had to remake SEVERAL stacks of each before I gave up and switched back to tesseracts.
I was curious if you've implemented the recipes for anything above the isolinear chip mk1 in the 1.9.4 dev build. I wanted to build tritanium armor and a phaser but JEI isn't showing the recipes for the higher mk2 and mk3 chips. If they aren't in yet, that's ok, but it makes things hard to test without going into creative.
Also, the only Gravitational Anomaly that I've found so far in a decent sized exploration on a couple of worlds has been in the Nether, but that's without scanning for them specifically.

The Fusion Reactor IO blocks cause a server crash as soon as you complete building the ring
