Cool mod. Have tried it out and i had a few problems... 1.Chests don't open correctly 2. When placing blocks on snow it will count as if i was double clicking it 3. Furnaces, Crafting tables and other stuff sometimes count as i am double clicking it super fast as a result i break the thing when i exit out of it or click it.
Jup, those happened because you didn't read the tread, and because elix_x is unable to put these issues into the OP.

It all relies on one thing: double clicking... Which i'm unable to put in op, nor to fix it efficiently (i fixed it once, but it broke other things). If you want to help me fixing it, above i gave instructions of how you can...
@elix_x I will gladly test your mod. If it means you will promise to work on it. The mod idea is amazing and I can't help but desire it working 100% I will follow the list you made. I think for testing purposes I will limit the test environment to 30 mods. I will gather a list and post it here asap. Please note I will only test the 1.7.10 version because over 300 of the mods I like are only 1.7.10 not to mention 1.7.10 is 100% stable.

@elix_x I need you to add an option in the controls column that allows a player to set a key to "none" if possible please add "none" on the right side of "reset" Also it may be beneficial so players don't accidentally push two keys to allow an over-ride key instead. You may want to look into setting up the mod with liteloader support and if you check out the mod macro keys you may get an idea on how to provide a much more efficient GUI.
After testing the mod with Optifine your mod appears to be unable to modifying the default keybinding for optifine.

-Using fishing rod. - Results pushing it and holding it or simply sometimes pressing it once causes it to spam 2 - 3 times and it also makes fishing difficult.
-Opening/closing doors/trapdoors. - Results still have to spam right click in order to open them successfully.
-Flipping levers. - Results simply hitting the lever once causes it to not move at all but the sound effects act as if I am hitting it twice. Again I think simply adding Key delay of about .8 secs. would fix it. I do feel that its caused heavily by key press having not enough delay.
-Eating/drinking/blocking(with sword)/shooting(with bow). - Results Works perfectly.*

Key delays aren't the optimal solution, much like magic numbers.
There has to be a reason behind that behaviour that's caused by this mod, I mean, that problem doesn't occur in any other mod out there.
So goal should still be to find the actual problem instead of "fixing" it with delays.
Also, about the "unassign" functionality, vanilla MC does that with pressing ESC while assigning a button, so I think it's a good idea to make it work like that as well, unless someone really wants to use ESC for some functionality.
PS: I'll try to give some results today as well.

Unfortunately nope if I set escapes it leaves it blank cosmetically but sets it to whatever the global config is so whatever the keys are set to before KBO was installed. Hope that helps

Well I found no problem using the ESC key to remove bindings and tested with test setup from before and with my mod pack 300+mods so please just focus on the double click bug!!

Got some interesting results from your theory. After i set right click's key to not right click buttons, and followed your instructions, the double clicking bug is fixed. BUT when i set back the right click button to the original button. The double-clicking bug is back. Hope this is the answer to your idea.

I will test it secondary after i finish up some stuff. I will test them in all my modpacks and see what some bugs are . I am not that good at finding in game bugs . i will certionaly test today.

@elix_x I need you to add an option in the controls column that allows a player to set a key to "none" if possible please add "none" on the right side of "reset" Also it may be beneficial so players don't accidentally push two keys to allow an over-ride key instead. You may want to look into setting up the mod with liteloader support and if you check out the mod macro keys you may get an idea on how to provide a much more efficient GUI.
After testing the mod with Optifine your mod appears to be unable to modifying the default keybinding for optifine.

-Using fishing rod. - Results pushing it and holding it or simply sometimes pressing it once causes it to spam 2 - 3 times and it also makes fishing difficult.
-Opening/closing doors/trapdoors. - Results still have to spam right click in order to open them successfully.
-Flipping levers. - Results simply hitting the lever once causes it to not move at all but the sound effects act as if I am hitting it twice. Again I think simply adding Key delay of about .8 secs. would fix it. I do feel that its caused heavily by key press having not enough delay.
-Eating/drinking/blocking(with sword)/shooting(with bow). - Results Works perfectly.*
-Moving around. - Results Works perfectly.*
-Opening and closing guis (mainly inventory screen). - Results I am forced to click e 3 times or hold e to escape inventory.

Second, i'll analyze the results, try myself and explain delay thingy a bit later today.
Third, to disable key / assign 0 keys - just press esc. It will assign 0 keys pressed to underlying key...

WAT? Do you seriously cannot set keys to no keys? (Weirdest saying ever). You seriously can't press esc while setting keys before pressing any key fo it to setr them no no keys? (Another weirdest saying ever). Huh... I'll see how that went wrong (still don't get how it could)...

Unfortunately nope if I set escapes it leaves it blank cosmetically but sets it to whatever the global config is so whatever the keys are set to before KBO was installed. Hope that helps

Well I found no problem using the ESC key to remove bindings and tested with test setup from before and with my mod pack 300+mods so please just focus on the double click bug!!

That's why i said it's weird... Because for me it is working too...
Anyways, even with this bug, i'm still focused on double clicking. I'll test my theory soon, and if it is not what is causing this... I don't really know... Let's hope this is the issue...

Ok, so to test my next theory, what you should do is a bit weird:
Note: this task is to test double right clicking, for other keys do same things, but replace "right click" with "button name".
-Go to key setting menu.
-Set right click's key to NOT right click button. For example 'B'.
-Go to world, and try to do what i asked you before (doors, levers, fishing rods...), using new bound button.
-Try the same thing, but this time press right click button (do NOT bind right click button back to right click).
-Come back here with results and logs ... Please... Logs that i want are in logs/client-latest.log and i may ask you for logs/latest.log if i'll need it...

Got some interesting results from your theory. After i set right click's key to not right click buttons, and followed your instructions, the double clicking bug is fixed. BUT when i set back the right click button to the original button. The double-clicking bug is back. Hope this is the answer to your idea.
