AcademyCraft is a Minecraft mod about superability, including its acquiring, updating and using.
In the ACmod, you can learn superability through the block Ability Developer, and learn various skills throught your ESPer career.
There are some machines that require energy in ACmod. But to keep the mod clean and simple, we have developed the easy-to-use wireless energy system for players that don’t want to mess up with wires.The mod’s inspiration is from the anime “とある科学の超電磁砲“( Toaru Kagaku no Railgun).
All in all, AcademyCraft gives the player power to acquire, learn and use superabilities. You can become an ESPer in AcademyCraft, and feel what its like to see your power gradually growing.
ACMod is currently in beta testing phase. The elements we have already added into the mod are:

· 20+ Unique Skills
· Wireless Energy System
· Quick and Easy Ability Controlling
The preset system allows you to switch the key-skill mapping by one click anytime in game.

Only problem i had was with teleporter ability first skill you get is threatening teleport which i had no idea how to use. I'm sure i'm just doing something wrong there. Melt downers skills worked very well thou. Haven't tested the ability lvl up system yet, but it seems to require a lot of lvls and seems to be quite balanced that way.
One more thing.. 1.7.10 please so i can add this to my ssp instance
Threatening Teleport skill requires you to hold an item in your hand, and it will teleport that item. (I admit the description is quite confusing...will fix it in next release)
By the way there is a bug that allows you to generate item using this skill...

You need 1800CP to upgrade to level 2, you can see current upgrade progress in Ability Developer (The PRG. bar)
After nbtediting to level 5 and playing around some more I come to conclusion: This is way too freaking awesome! I especially love how using railgun is not just about getting the power but also timing the coinflip (took a while to figure out how to use the ability at all). I have one more question. Am I supposed to lose the coin after firing it? Because it seems like it stays in my inventory.
Actually you can use /aim to modify data directly (Added now in Wiki). The second one is a bug, I have already fixed that.
Could someone explain how you use the abilities? I can't figure out how to activate them, as I couldn't find any explanation on this anywhere, an I spent several hours trying different thing in-game as well xD
Hey guys, love the work here, but I some suggestions to make.
One of my suggestions is that you tweak the CP levels a bit. I feel that it would be a bit more true to the anime if you drastically increased the base CP pool, but also reduced the regeneration of it a bit as well. If you watch the fight between Meltdowner and Railgun in Railgun-S (Assuming you already haven't), that might provide a better idea of what I'm talking about.
The other is that you reduce the damage and cost of the first electro master damaging ability. It just feels like that even when I'm level one, it should still be a bit more spammy than it is.
Last of all, a friend and I have been programming in Java for a while now, and decided to get into modding. Although our original plan was to make a mod based off of the web serial Worm, I'm now starting to think we might be better off making add-ons for this, so stay tuned for more about that

1. I tried to use the command to max out cp and than tried to learn new skills in survival mode and started failing every time what am I doing wrong?(I had max EU)
2. There is one teleport ability that is meant to remember locations but I was not quit sure of how to make it work it just pulled up a cloud GUI and i got confused.
3. Is there a trick to getting the rail gun ability to work will or is it mostly luck. I am using the game coin but can only get it to work about half of the time.

Why MCreator sucks: jcm2606's file (doesn't open a new tab) He allows/welcomes anyone to link the file, so I put it here in my signature for people to know how MCreator functions. I thank jcm2606 (he's awesome) for creating the document/file and I'm just here to spread the word.
This mod is so cool! This mod is what I was looking for! How come a cool mod like this never got spotlighted by famous Youtubers? The textures, the way it works, the abilities, the machines... They're all epic!
EDIT: Oh, by the way, it seems that if you get too far from the wireless power matrix, the network disappears entirely and you have to re-connect it. Is this sort of a bug, or do I need to put wireless power nodes along my way?

Hey crew of LI, how's the mod progressing? I just thought I'd ask, since we haven't seen anything from you guys for a while.
This is such a great mod. The idea is great, and it's been executed perfectly, so I'd hate to see it die.
On another note, do you ever plan to implement a sort of skill tree? Or do you plan to leave each ability at the amount of skills they have at the moment?
Can I posted some suggestions for the mod here? Btw, love the mod although I found it really hard to use the railgun cos for me I require a lot of spamming

I believe that the Railgun ability requires some precise timing. Are you having troubles with that? Or do you not know how to use the ability at all? I might be able to offer some tips either way.
