Awesome. Forge seems to be recognizing and loading the mod now, but I'm still having issues connecting to servers with the minimap active. I'm not sure if it's a 1.13 bug, or something with the mod, but on any server I'm trying to join, it connects, but immediately kicks me out with the error "[Proxy] Lost connection to server." It's probably some anti-cheat plugin on the server kicking you. I get kicked from Mineplex but I can join Wynncraft with no issue.

It's a bug in Forge 1.13 where multiple mods don't load properly sometimes. Here's how you can guarantee that the mods are loaded:
Go to the Forge profile settings in the Minecraft launcher and set the game console to be kept/displayed. Every time you load the game, check the console for "Processing Xaero's Minimap" and "Processing Xaero's World Map" messages. If one of them is missing, restart Minecraft. Keep restarting until both are present. Usually takes 0-2 restarts. Sometimes more if you're unlucky.
Also, get the 25.0.103 version of Forge. The newer versions broke the minimap but a fix is coming in the next minimap update.
+ Added a new button to the waypoint adding/editing screen for disabling/enabling the waypoint.
* (1.13.2) Fixed compatibility with the latest Forge version(s).
And please support the port for save waypoints. I have several servers on the same IP address. And on each server there should be different waypoints.

About the port thing:
There are a lot of cases where the same server is started on a different port. It's probably more common than having multiple servers on the same IP, so I don't know if it's a good idea. Also, different servers on the same IP should probably be detected by multiworld detection anyway. Is the global spawn point (where the vanilla compass item points) the same on all the servers?
+ Added a new keybinding for toggling whether all waypoint sets for the current world are rendered or just the currently selected one.
* Fixed waypoints saving issues caused by non case-sensitive path handling on some OS including Windows. If your OS uses case-sensitive paths (for example Linux) and you have multiple IDs with the same name but different character cases (left from deleted worlds), then this fix might change which world ID is considered "auto". You can easily solve this using the "Options" menu in the waypoints screen.

The launcher that you used for the modpack clears all data saved by the mods when you update a modpack. There might be an automatic backup somewhere, but I can't guarantee it.
I manually updated by moving the entire folder elsewhere and reinstalling, so i still have all the files, i just dont know which file is responsible, and i dont want to blindly move files cause that might un-update the pack

It's the config/XaeroWaypoints folder. I know it isn't the most intuitive location. And it's config/XaeroWorldMap for the world map mod, if you use that too.

I do find in the logbook «processing Xaero's Minimap»
But in game the map is just black, I think that its forge , like you said so I just wait for a update of the minimap.

1) I first logged on to the server: *.239.*.24:2017
2) Then i logged in through the same client to the server: *.201.*.219:2017
3) I opened the menu with waypoints
4) In the selector, I chose: -.-.1-.24017
5) Crash client
How did the "017" end up there? It shouldn't be there. Did you manually add the port by editing the waypoints files?
