BTW, I'm still getting the "repeating" tile problem in 1.15.2, both above and below ground. The white flashing is gone, though. For the time being I'm going back to 1.15. Love this mod - hope you can track it down!

I'm running into an issue with Xaeros's minimap and lan world. My friend hosts a lan world, and setting waypoints on that world will cause me to crash next time I launch forge. Besides this crash, I have had no issues with your map. Thanks for making a less overpowered, more vanilla-like minimap.

Well, it used to be like that, but somebody suggested to remove it. You can still hide the waypoints with a separate key binding though.

Everything you should know is in the controls menu. You can open the settings by pressing Y but check the other controls as well.

Because they are another type of entities. But I guess it would make sense to consider them items.
