That is really weird. I just did the research in my test world and once I get all four lenses and the Focus Pouch, it shows up. It is directly above the researches of all four lenses, maybe you aren't looking at the right place. Here is a picture:
If worst comes to worst, you can get it with commands, it's called lensCase.

OK... it turns out I did get some researches --I initially noticed the Arcane Ear because I specifically hadn't bothered with that. Which is why I hadn't noticed there are five lenses -- I got the Echo lens too. That's... an obscure dependency. Maybe the focus pouch should come with the first lens?

I did some CraftTweaker scripts for Mystical Agriculture. They fill in a couple of small gaps in MA, and also let you make or duplicate not only vanilla plants, but the blocks, plants and wood from Quark and Biomes O'Plenty. Also spawn eggs for most vanilla mobs! The scripts are here on Github.

When you were talking about unlocking all four lenses, I forgot about the Illumine Lens (The first one you unlock) and thought you unlocked all of them, because of the four neatly lined up researches or the other lenses. Megaderp on my part, my bad. I personally think the focus pouch should come after you unlock maybe two or three of the lenses, if not all five, because there is no real point having it if you don't have any other lenses.

1. Can the electric bolts from Transduction Amplifiers be stopped using warded blocks? This is more of a coneniance thing, but I find that I have to build my CV generator room a lot bigger than I need to because the bolts pass through blocks. It sounds hard to code though, so if it is, it is ok.
2. Can we have some sort of machine that takes Centi-Vis and a Planar Keystone Focus to produce a sustained portal between Pocket Planes? This is so that a.) We don't have to clutter up our Focus Pouches with Keystones and b.) because it means you don't have to recharge your wand after only a few uses.
3. Are you planning to update to 1.8 for TC5. compatibility? I imagine a lot of stuff, especially the node manipulation things, would have to be changed to accommodate the new systems, but there are also a lot of possibilities (different types of Modified Runic Matrix anyone?)

I'm certain TheKentington is getting stuff done- he's got work, too, which occasionally gets overwhelming. Besides, he shows up as Online from time to time, he just isn't posting- but if you have bug reports, he'll note and fix them as he lurks.

I just ran accross a Pocket Plane biome (id 69) in my overworld, tracked it back to this mod. There doesn't seem to be any config for this mod. Going to have to uninstall the mod and cross my fingers.

I belive this was a biome overlap with BoP. You can do a Biome Dump to NEI to see which one it is, then go in the BoP config and change the Id of the offending biome. It won't fix the current world though, that will be stuck.

No more Centi-Vis system, instead, the Ambient Aura from TC3 is coming back.
Nodes are replaced with entities, charge the Aura passively.
Several Machines changed to work on Aura power.
Modular Alchemical Furnaces, much more messy and taint-y.
Void Jars create taint and flux which is released into the environment and Aura, and liquid Taint is assumed to be able to be stored in Warded Jars.
Two or Three new types of Infusion Altar, not direct upgrades but offering different features.
