It came from another world, landed in the desert and it's harmless. My idea is: you tame the creature like a ocelot (it will run away from you) with something sweet, and it will protect you from the monster by throwing slime from it's mouth, the gives slowness.
Also, it came from a big metal capsule, sleeping inside.
Hey! I hope this hasn't been asked already, but what modloader are you going to use to port to the newest versions of Minecraft when you eventually get round to it? I imagine you'll stick with forge, but I was just wondering to make sure, especially with the current 'feud' of sorts that modders seem to have with the forge modding team, I don't know if that will affect you personally, or if you'll find it easier with another modloader, i.e. fabric, which I believe(from what I've heard, I'm not a modder) is much more lightweight, modder-friendly etc...
For the 1.14+ port, are you planning on switching to Citadel?
LLibrary isn't porting anymore apparently, and this seems to be the new replacement for it as it's being used by I/F and Rats. A lot of its codebase is derived from LLibrary too (under Gegy's permission)
At the moment, I am copying the LLibrary code that I need and updating it packaged within Mowzie’s Mobs. We’ll see if this will suffice or if a Citadel dependency will be necessary.
Would you consider adding support for Optifine's random entities so that modpacks can add biome/height dependant alternative skins for certain mobs?
Moreover, and this may be an out of scope suggestion but, would you consider giving some of your mobs like the wroughnaught an NBT tag that can speed up their animations so that, for example, they could be spawned with a higher difficulty level where better reflexes and strategies are required to beat them?
I really love your mobs and you must be well aware that they are among the highest quality ones made for any Minecraft mod, I would love to have increased flexibility for them to be used in more than one way or as originally intended.
Thanks a lot for your great work, hope you keep it up! <3
Hey Mowzie, what were your thoughts on the new upcoming Cave n Cliffs update? I think a lot of your mobs would work very well with the new cave systems, including Grotto's and Wroughtnauts.
Sure! Go for it.
I've talking with some friends of mine, and we thought it would be funny if a creature I made was added to the mod. This alien lizard

Sorry, but it’s not really what I’m looking for. I’d like to stick to slightly more traditional fantasy themes. Cool art, though!

Sticking to Forge! I haven’t heard much about the drama.
A look at the new frostmaw model coming in the next patch!
That looks so cool!
Holy moly does he look phenomenal!!!
Will this upcoming patch also feature new creatures?
Nah, just last minute tweaks and bug fixes before I port to new MC versions.
Mowzie's Mobs 1.5.7 is out! Model updates, bugfixes, and balancing changes!
Glad to see this mod getting updates!

dats a jellyphish ^
It looks like an Ice version of Rajang from Monster Hunter series...(So as the risk)
Say no to those "Low-quality MCreator Mods" !!!

Oh, kinda! I haven't played Monster Hunter, but Rajang looks really cool.
New patch! Update for more fixes and config options!

Oh! Sure I can look into that.
Hmm, I'd like to but the animation system I use doesn't support that. Everything has a fixed timing.
You're welcome!
