Download and install Minecraft Forge.
Download the original Lucky Block Mod and animated lucky block.
Download mods depend on your choice(Because you don't need to download all the mods in the list).
Extract animated lucky block rar file.
Copy LuckyBlockProperties.txt into the lucky folder in the config of your minecraft directory.
Go into folder "Drop chance for mod".
If it have the mod you're using or downloaded, open it with notepad and copy and paste all the text of that mods to your LuckyBlockProperties.txt in the lucky folder.
After that open the original lucky block with Winrar.
Go in \assets\lucky\textures\blocks and replace the original lucky_block.png with two file lucky_block.png and lucky_block.png.mcmeta.
Play and enjoy.

I like to have the achievement in lucky block to, only if the mod creator allow me to edit the source code inside of it. The mod can only make custom drop and replace it texture, unless u can make a totally new one.

Can You Make This Compatible With Orespawn? And You Should Make The Crafting Recipe a Little Harder.
I don't think I will make drop chances for Orespawn because there are too many lucky blocks have orespawn drop, and there are too OP weapons in it, but I will do it someday. And about the Crafting Recipe, I have another recipe for this block but for my older version of it.

I already marked the version of minecraft using this block in the title, it work only for version 1.7.10, same with all the mods I used for this lucky block.
It doesn't load for me vulcan's revenge crashes it for me. Help me fix it pls.
Sorry for the late answer but all of mods in the list it all work for me. I'm using forge 10.13.2.1291 and all mod in version 1.7.10(except smash bat, but it support 1.7.10 too). Make sure you use that mod in minecraft version 1.7.10, or if you can't play with that mod, you can remove the mod and the drop chance of it so it won't make any empty drop from the lucky block.
Can you add Mists of Riov 1 and 2 if possible?

Lucky block would be cool, but it doesnt feel like achievement when u open it and u receive 6 diamond blocks.
