Nice! haven't played it yet, but reading the feature list I can already tell this is probably the best Minecraft vanilla enhancement mod for 1.7/1.8 in my humble opinion.
It adds and changes just about the right things that it should, but I think you could further balance it - most of the new enhancements seem a bit overpowered and not really inline with vanilla.
And you could cut out some unnecessary stuff such as sugar and flint blocks... why did you add them anyway? You didn't specify any uses for them.
Here's an idea for expanding your addition of the dispenser being able to dispense falling blocks - make it dispense all blocks! There's the dropper for dropping the block's items, so why not make the dispenser dispense the actual blocks? It will make the dispenser a lot more useful and distinguish it from the dropper instead of being a dropper that can only actually dispense just a few items. You can also allow it to plant seeds if it's in front of farmland, and suck block in if there's already a block in front of it.
And a new thing you can add is blocks affecting movement speed - you walk slow on blocks such as sand and snow and fast on block such as stone and gravel. Would give building roads a gameplay meaning and just an overall more dynamic feel to vanilla Minecraft.
Looks great, but i would suggest dropping the silk touch dropping mob spawners. For one thing moving skeleton spawners into the nether causes them to mostly make wither skeletons so it seems like a big swing in item balance from vanilla. Just IMHO

That is actually 1 of the things I like most about the mod so I guess it really depends on the person. Anyway I had given minecraft a break becasue I couldnt find an obsidian boat mod that would allow me to travel in the nether so thanks for that and looking forward to testing the new version (used your previous version before i quit but it didnt have the boat) :). I would however like to have the obsidian boats unbreakable since it is obsidian after all so having it break as easy as a wood boat is stupid. Besides its no fun to be in the nether and get screwed over because a ghast hit your boat with a fireball or you were aiming your bow at a ghast which caused you to run into something. Perhaps you can make a config where people can enable/disable the options they want and that would make everyone happy since they could actually choose to disable the things they do not wish to play with. It seems like that way you wouldnt have 1 group of people saying to get rid of something while the other group says the opposite.

Dispensing all blocks is kinda iffy and I'm not sure if that makes sense. Also, the movement suggestion seems like it could get annoying playing with it. I do appreciate your support however!

You can turn that off in the config file. Thanks for your support.

I don't believe obsidian boats are as easy to break as wood boats. Thanks for your support however!

Yeah that's probably it, try cutting all of your mods to a different folder, then adding them back in one by one to see where it goes wrong.
In other news, v3.7.5 fixes the crash in newer versions of Forge (which deals with the config GUI)

Enchanting plus doesn't add any enchantments it just makes the process of enchanting easier by letting you select what enchantments you want for a slightly extra cost. So if the problem is you have to many enchantments in your game then Enchanting Plus is not the cause. Furthermore now that the mod has been updated to v3.7.5 which works with the forge I am using it and its working with my mods. Since I use Enchanting Plus I tried a quick enchantment (put silk touch on a pick so I could get ice) and it works fine for me. I do not use HxCEnchants but I do use more enchantments mod by lithial found here
It it possible that the core file in HxCEnchants or perhaps the mod itself is conflicting with this mod but you might wanna check oit the one i use since it might have the enchantments you wanted from in the other mod anyway. I also use baubles, Talismans 2 and a ton of others (24 mods total in the mods folder).
So anyway, I tested it and everything is working fine for me but I have a few suggestions. I suggest you make a boat that works on water and doesn't break as easily (perhaps make the obsidian boat able to do both water and lava). As it is now boats in water are useless because you hit a squid, lag spike, sharp turn, or a patch of land and the boat breaks. This makes me and probably most others hate using normal boats which can make getting across ocean annoying unless you use depth strider or something. So making a boat for water that is more durable then the default or somehow making the default boat more durable would make people who need to cross an ocean less annoyed. Also perhaps you can make a way to pickup the boat without breaking it or something because after I get out of the lava boat in nether I can not pick it up to take it with me. If i try to do what i normally do with boats it turns into an item and items dont go well with lava but even if it doesn't get destroyed by lava as an item (not stupid enough to check personally) you wouldnt be able to find it in the lava (cant see anything down there). Anyway I love the mode and look forward to seeing future changes/improvements.

In terms of the obsidian boat drop issue, I can't really think of any plausible alternatives. A clever solution could be a fancy boat dock that you build which keeps out lava and lets you break the boat inside. As for more durable boats in the overworld, I am looking at adding a stone boat.

I was partly right, it's actually the core mod, HxC core. I read that it extends the enchantment level array to 512, maybe that's what causes the crashes? I see a line in the error log saying "at java.util.Arrays.sort(Unknown Source)"
Yeah that might be it. I'll see if I can do anything about it.

Alright thanks, now I can start building more bases near the water :D. I showed my nephew this mod and he loves it as well. He also had some suggestions but he asked me to post them since hes not allowed to use the web browser (parents caught him doing stuff he wasn't supposed to) and doesn't have an account on this forum anyway.
4 gravel on crafting table makes cobblestone
1 gravel makes 4 sand
4 sand makes 1 dirt
4 dirt makes 1 clay block (like you get when you use silk touch to collect clay)
1 log + 1 seed makes 1 sapling of the same type as the log used (example oak logs will make oak saplings)
Weather you use any of those is up to you but I promised him I would post them at least.

Straight up I don't like those suggestions, but tell him I said they are good. (sorry)

Nice! haven't played it yet, but reading the feature list I can already tell this is probably the best Minecraft vanilla enhancement mod for 1.7/1.8 in my humble opinion.
Thanks!

At first I thought it was a conflict between this and 1 of my other mods but after removing all mods except craft++ with no change I must conclude its your mod thats the problem. I am using the newest version of forge (11.14.4.1577) on minecraft 1.8 and I have tried deleting the mods config file but it didnt help. Hopefully ou can get this fixed but till then I will just play without craft++
I will get this fixed ASAP.

I do not use HxCEnchants but I do use more enchantments mod by lithial
found here
It it possible that the core file in HxCEnchants or perhaps the mod itself is conflicting with this mod but you might wanna check oit the one i use since it might have the enchantments you wanted from in the other mod anyway.
