I love the concept of this mod and I really want to utilize it, but I've seen people discussing the incompatibility with BattleGear and I fall into the camp where I am going to have to shelve InfiniteInvo until the issue is resolved.
But here is what I want to use the mod for:
I like to challenge myself, so I wanted to shrink the available space and allow the option unlock maybe up to single row with XP (really cool RPG element you made there, BTW). To really expand the space I would have to put together the supplies to invest in a backpack. Some hardcore realism in this Lego fantasy world. If there was a way to implement this mod without interfering with the rest of the inventory layout, maybe there wouldn't be so many conflicts. Not a modder, so I can't say. Of course I realize most people are here to EXPAND their inventory, but maybe you could come up with something for the hardcore players like me.
Anyway, I know this might have come off as more of a 'GIVE ME' post than a shout out of support, but I wish you all the luck and hope to encourage you to keep up the good work! You are on the verge of bringing a neat little mod to people that fills a gap that has existed for a long time and for many you have completely succeeded. Bon chance, mon ami!

1) I can't do support for Battle Gear as they have decided that it was necessary to replace the entire inventory system with their own (not necessary in my opinion) and therefore I can't replace it with the expandable kind from this mod. Sorry, not much I can do from my side.
2) Already possible to reduce inventory space. You can even reduce the players inventory to only a hotbar if you so please. Remember there is also the option to allow users to unlock the space with XP if you only want the reduction to be temporary. See the 'Journey to the Core' pack as an example of this.
Thanks for the support anyway, sorry I can't do more to help
What of Creative Mode? Would that effect anything on this mod?
For the most part no however there is a weird issue with middle click. Seems the slot indexing for using select block is hard coded to a vanilla sized so the item isn't actually selected server-side until you refresh the GUI

I'm experiencing this "pick block" command issue as well. I tried changing the button to "pick block" instead of the middle mouse button and still have the same issue, so it doesn't seem to matter what button it is assigned to, although I can still pick blocks from the creative inventory and place them no problem.
As other people mentioned though, I never noticed any issue with mouse tweaks, or NEI, or tinkers construct, or any other mods. I did notice some issues with inventory tweaks but I'm not sure if it was actually related to this mod or another mod. Mostly with moving items where I could press "SHIFT + CTRL" or "SHIFT + SPACE", etc. I did notice there was an option to patch something with this mod and TConstruct with the "SHIFT + SPACE" command, however I've never noticed TConstruct have that ability, in my experience, only Inventory Tweaks has that ability.

That patch is indeed for Inventory Tweaks. Their "SPACE + CLICK" Command is missing some checks which I have pointed out to the dev (which evidently has been ignored) so that option patches it with some minor side effects.

Oh alright, I wasn't sure about that because I did notice that issue many times with using the mod TC, hopefully the dev isn't ignoring such an obvious issue
This should be more than enough information to get you started. I suggest using MultiMC to do all the installing for you. You can easily use Google to find more info on mods and how to install them.
Just because you are incapable of setting up your Minecraft correctly, nor able to clearly explain the problem does NOT mean that you can claim this or any other mod to be fake. I've given you more than enough information to solve your issue and I will not be helping any further. If you've created that account only to falsely claim this is a fake mod and/or try and troll I can guarantee you it will not last long.
(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?
Pretty much! Feel free to try and fill that hole with items. I've been able to run Minecraft with about 10 million item stacks in my inventory before Java had a heart attack and died.

You had a statement earlier about MouseTweaks and this mod being incompatible. Does the same happen with NEI, which has similar function?
Haven't really thought about it but seeing as I've been doing all my testing with it installed, I don't think so.

It seems even with:
# Whether players will keep their unlocked slots upon death [default: false]
B:"Persistent Unlocks"=false
Players inventories do not reset upon death. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

Do you have the game rule 'keepInventory' on?
I do not. :X

This is not remotely descriptive enough for me to help you but I'm going to assume you installed the 'deob' developer version.
Google is your friend when figuring these things out:
http://www.kegel.com/minecraft/use-mods.html
This is where the current download for this mod is (do not download the deobf version):

New update which fixes some persistence issues when exiting the end plus a couple of other small improvements. Also I may have did a thing:
EDIT: We're now on Curse Forge! All future versions can be found there
Just wow... To think that just a few years ago we were psyched to see zombies and such really blows me away... Keep up the good work!
Is this mimicking an Email? Why..?
That thing. WOW.
Umm ... is Steve a black hole now?
