Will Be Good If You Can Improve Your Post With Better Structure And More Pictures
True, and if you add a crafting recipe, how will you craft it? I guess Lime green dye on something.

You could get rid of some of the shadows by making it so light passes through the block by making it not classed as a solid opaque block.
@Override
public boolean isOpaqueCube()
{
return false;
}
@Override
public boolean isBlockNormalCube()
{
return false;
}
@Override
public boolean isNormalCube()
{
return false;
}
@Override
public boolean renderAsNormalBlock()
{
return false;
}
You could also take over the rendering of the block by using your own rendering class (ISimpleBlockRenderingHandler) and drawing the block manually ignoring the lighting (Just don't call setBrightness on the Tessellator and it won't do lighting, you would also need to set setColorOpaque_F to all 1's as well). That should give you a perfect un-shadowed green surface.
I have used a resource pack in the past to do a green screen effect, but that requires sacrificing an existing block to use as the green screen. My plugin is intended to avoid that by adding a new block specifically for that use.
Main change is that the mod has been updated to work with 1.8.9
Due to changes in Minecraft's rendering code, the blocks now require external lighting, and are not fullbright like previously. I hope to find a solution to this the future.
