Hey man, awesome mod, awesome updates! Made my modded Last Days game become a serious threat to my bladder control!
But like Duriel up there I also use my own spawner system, and it's conflicting with yours, you think there'd be any chance to add an option to just disable your spawner?
It's not that me or some other user prefer one or the other, since preference is an irrelevant factor, it is just a suggestion for further customization!
EDIT: I managed to slip past the spawner by tweaking a few things, more specifically setting every mob spawn possibility to false. Great mod, bro, great mod! \o/

Hi,
I use JAS, Just Another Spawner, waiting for an compatibility update or an update of spawning capability on the mod itself. But the configs are just a mess, even using Excel to modify the things, that's just a big mess. I am back to see what GiMoe have done during my absence.

Hum yeah, originally known as Duriel or Duriel7, but these two were taken, so I took Duriel77 as nick.
The one thing I'd like to see for this mod would be the CreatureSpawn config file fixed up so I can just change an option to disable the mobs I dont want. The config as it stands is really confusing. In fact, any parts of the config files that deal with mobs tends to be a confusing jumble of numbers to me.
Being a Fallout guy, this looks right up my alley - gonna add it to my arsenal of worldgen mods soon

Also, I've flipped shovel textures for Tinker's Construct and ExtraTiC for a more realistic-looking animation, check here: http://www.minecraft...hovel-textures/
I know that you must be very busy but I was just wondering if you had any plans of uploading the mod to Curse Forge? You see Curse released the new Curse Voice client that allows players to download not only mod packs but also mods, texture packs, and world saves right from the client making it easier to install mods. Also Curse is now allowing anyone to create mod packs for the client. As long as the mods are on Curse Forge. You see I wanted to update my old mod pack from 1.6.4 to 1.7.10 and allow it to be downloaded from Curse Voice. The only draw back is that this mod is not on the list nor is it on the list of approved third party mods. Anyways thanks for reading this and keep up the good work.
This is very cool, but when I click the "Customize" button under Wasteland when choosing world type, it does nothing.
I'd really like to be able to customize this, but the button is useless. Any ideas?
Also, the config has very very little you can change. For example, I would like to make the floor be desert or something else, other than dirt. I want to have dirt be somewhat rare in my world.
I'd also like to enable to desert and mesa biomes, but still keep the world without water and grass.
Unlikely anytime soon, for one thing, Forge, which this mod requires isn't updated that far yet. 1.8 might be more likely, but I don't remember reading anything about a 1.8 update either.

Anyone Else Experiencing no generated structures... Its enabled, still nothing...
What mods are you using?

Is this mod capable of these kinds of things?
Thanks
All customization is done through the configs, and quite a lot can be done.
For example, changing the floor layer from dirt to sand is rather easy. Open up TerrainGen.cfg, and look for the line:
S:"The top block layer of the wasteland biome"=minecraft:dirt (It is located towards the bottom of that config)
Just change 'minecraft:dirt' to 'minecraft:sand'
Unfortunately though, that will only affect the top layer, and not will not lessen any pockets of dirt which may appear randomly underground.
Is this mod dead again or are you taking a break?

The same way you install any mod for a server. Look up 1.7.10 server forge on youtube
I have found no lava, is that disabled in the mod?
Above ground lava is super rare. I believe underground is still in game
Searched undergroun, found none :(.
I'm using 1.4.4. There is lava. Even started a new world and dug to the bottom. Are you using other mods?
to make it more "realistic", don't you think you should remove: giant spiders, creepers, and get rid of the bow on skeletons?
That's why we have mods like Custom Mob Spawner and Just Another Spawner mod. One mod shouldn't control too much
I can't remember if there is 1x1 water under ground but no water sources deep underground.
Check the basements
i found water in a well of an abandoned village :3
