If you are using end and/or nether ore gen please update. Problem was that I'm stupid and had end ores generating in netherrack and nether ores generating in end stone.
API: Added IPipeWrench, which will allow tools from other mods to work as FSP Pipe Wrenches.
REMOVE: Remove Brass Knuckles because it's not useful, and is unbalanced. Make sure to remove it from your Exosuit before updating.
FIX: Zinc and Copper actually generate in the End and Nether now.
they have their reasons. I am sad to see the brass knuckles go since it was my idea, but I can understand the reason for removing it. It was an idea, it was tried out and found to not be in the spirit of the mod.

So in TerraFrima Craft every player starts with 1000 health, and depending on how healthy you are this will fluxuate. A player that is extremely healthy (By being a high experience level without getting killed, and eating a balanced diet) will achieve a maximum health of 3000. A player that is has no levels, and is extremely malnourished and dehydrated will have around 50 health. I'm pretty sure monsters have around 1500 health. The damage that weapons do in TFC starts at 40-60, and if you are using the most luxurious sword/mace made out of the best materials, which are very hard to make, it will do 315 damage. TFC also has a few different types of damage; slashing, piercing, bludgeoning, and generic types.Different mobs and armors are more resistant to different types.
So since I have gone and made all the recipes compatible with minetweaker3, I've been trying to find a way to get the weapons and armor balanced with this, but it seems I'm not able to make a simple NBT tag edit to them. As far as I know TFC has an API, and your code is open source, but I'm not a skilled enough coder to make a crossover mod for them.
I'd really love to see steam power and TFC compatible with each other some day. TFC starts you out in the Stone Age and pretty much ends with the invention of the blast furnace and creating complex crucible steel alloys. I feel like the next logical step after the end game in TFC would be the invention of steam power. It would make for a long, well fleshed out game that takes you through a simplified version of human technical progress. Plus the exo-suit and firearms would be a pretty bad ass end game rewards in my opinion.

But they stated the reasons, and they're garbage. If it's "Muh Balance" then do something about it instead of completely getting rid of something thats, may I dare say, FUN to use. "Not useful" is completely relative and depends on the person using the mod. The Archimedes screw isnt "useful" if you have any kind of GOOD liquid pipe/conduit/tube.
And then theres "Spirit of the mod."
Which is?
I bet you can list a bunch of stuff in the mod that goes against the "spirit of the mod."
...
If that is why it was added I can texture a lot of things.
Pehaps a minihelicopter/jetpack piece of barding to put on animals to make them follow you?

If you don't like the change maybe you could propose a balanced fun use for them. If you're going to whine incessantly without providing anything constructive then you can leave. This mod isn't a service to anyone, it's developed by people who make it for fun and because they like the community. We have no obligation to continue development at all, and acting like we're bad people and breaking some sort of obligation by removing content that had no real purpose is stupid.

do steam heaters work on thaumcrafts alchemical furnaces now?
on which end would the support have to be added? here, or on azanors side? i would love to build a golem maintained steam system, that powers all the furnaces for my essentia production.
so far, ive got golems fueling a steam boiler with water and coal, which is working perfectly fine.

1. They do not.
2. I believe it would be on Azanor's side, but I'm not 100% sure.

how exactly do the steam heaters work? do they push a single fuel unit into the fuel slot of the furnace? i guess if that was the case the furnace would use the coal, that was already in that slot first, since there was no room for the heater to push its fuel in. but its running off the steam heater, even when there is coal in the furnace.
also, placing it on the bottom of azanors furnace (fuel imput side), should have worked then.

They do not push fuel into it. When placed on a furnace, they actually create their own furnace tile entity (so that steamed food can be made), and, when supplied with steam, will heat up the furnace.

whelp, i can see how that makes things difficult. ill just wait and see if compability is possible. if not, its bad luck.
I found an interesting little bug when Flaxbeard Steam Power is used together with Archimedes Ships. If you open a ship's helm while you're wearing an exosuit that includes Steam Wings, you'll freeze and crash with this error message.
I don't know where the problem is between the two mods, so I'm posting this to both mods' threads.
Also, unrelated: do you know that the wiki link in the OP just goes to about:blank?

I believe that issue is on Archimedes' Ships side rather than ours, but I could be wrong. It's been reported before though.
And yes I know that. This forum software is bad and adds the link to the "Minecraft Mods" section before random links, that's why I put "Some links are broken" at the top of the thread, and the proper URLs at the bottom. I reported it to people in #minecraftforums on esper but it clearly has not been fixed yet.

Who ever is doing this must really hate fun. Also "not useful" is relative.

They have no place in this mod. We just added them cause' someone gave us a texture. They were basically just added to be added.
Mod author. Too lazy to list mods, go here instead.
Help out the Official FTB Wiki reach a billion pages! (I keep having to update this, so let's just make it a billion)
