I assume you mean the latest 1.7.10 version - 1.2.257, right? That version unfortunately doesn't have infernal tear working as there was some refactoring done some time before that version that removed bulk of the code from there. I can pretty clearly remember having to add all of that back in 1.8.9.

Where do we get all this new stuff to make Lilypads of fertility and of course the rest of the amazing things. I see some is dropped from mobs now and maybe most of it is. but after 2 weeks on the pack ive yet to see any of the drops we need.
Is there a way to mess with the drop chances of items? I've made an automatic mob farm to get the materials for lilypads of fertility, and made it so that creepers are automatically charged for the chance of getting eye of the storm- thing is, I'm getting more drops of the eye than I am catalyzing glands! While I don't hate getting them, I'm more in need of the catalyzing glands right now but I don't know how to alter drop rates.
edit: a friend saw the issue I was having and pointed out the config lines to change spawn rates.
Check [mob_drop_probability] section in xreliquary.cfg. You will find these linese in there (if the pack uses defaults):
catalyzing_gland_creeper_base = 10
catalyzing_gland_creeper_looting = 5
eye_of_the_storm_base = 10
eye_of_the_storm_looting = 5
_base is the percentage at which you will get these without looting and _looting is percentage that gets applied per each looting level - so with Looting III you will get: base 10% + 3 * 5% = 25% chance to get the drop. I assume that the grinder doesn't apply looting so you will only be interested in the base percentage.
BTW: what method do you use to automatically charge creepers?
I thought that possibly out of range values are to blame, but this definitely is within range. Per code it should only put in defaults if the setting does not exist in the config file and not override, but I have not tested this in debug so I don't know if it really works correctly.
One last thought I have is that possibly the editor that you're using is putting in some invisible characters or changing encoding and then jToml is not able to read the file. So you may want to possibly try a different text editor.
if you mean changed tile_range from 4 to 5 that just means it will cover one block further with growth ticks. So instead of 7x7 centered on the lilypad it will cover 9x9. But growth ticks will still happen at the interval of 47 seconds that you mentioned before. So really you want to change the interval to less than 47 if you want to have the crops grow faster than that.
Also in terms of reliable editor that doesn't change the invisible characters or encoding you can use Notepad++, that's the one I use to edit text files like config files.

That is rather odd. I am not really supporting the 1.7.10 version, but I am not aware of any packet that it would send on logon to the player especially not in a new world.
One thing though, just before it breaks on server it seems to send a packet from mcjty's library. Could you try removing RFTools and see if you still get the same issue? Maybe the issue is really way too many packets being sent as that's something that I have seen happening in some other reports.

That looks like the version of libSandstone that you use is for a newer version of Reliquary. Why don't you get the latest for 1.7.10 v1.2.257? That version should work with the version of libSandstone.
Is there a readme containing all the recipes in the mod file because I'm having a hard time trying to get the recipes and TMI and NEI are not in 1.8.9 there is also Craft Guide but its in 1.7.10 and Recipe Book is in 1.8.1.

JustEnoughItems, or JEI, is your NEI alternative for 1.8.9/1.9/1.9.4.
And in 1.8.9 and later there's also integration with JEI for alkahestry tome and apothecary mortar / cauldron. So you can get more info on those than previously with just NEI.
I just got the Tome of Alkahest in 1.6.4, although it's not working. It's just doing nothing no matter what I do. I've tried shift right clicking with redstone in my inventory, I've tried putting it in a crafting table with 4 redstone and one lapis as NEI says to, but nothing is happening.
Update: Crafting the lapis works in single player but not multiplayer.

What are your trying to change it to (if you can copy paste the line(s) from config)?
It is also possible that project Ozone is overriding the configs if they want the pack to played with specific configs.

Why do you think that it is Reliquary causing this issue? I don't see any exception related to Reliquary anywhere in the logs provided.
Were you using some Reliquary item at the time it happened or tried to craft something related to Reliquary?
