I was wondering if you where taking suggestions if so read on please ignore this post



I Have a suggestion for a Weapon/Farming Tool

Called the Machete made with a knife blade tool binding and tool rod

this could work better on organic/plant and does a little bit of damage

i would be so stoked if you took this into consideration and yeah love your work brother I'm trying to make an add-on for tinkers but you know i can't get it to work so yeah and again love the mod

I haven't played MC for a while, but IIRC then Mobs will still spawn with vanilla tools/swords despite even if we install TC and disable vanilla tools in the config. Does anybody know of a mod that allows me to define what kind of Tinker-Tools a mob can spawn with?

as much as I like the Idea, there's no real point, because the plants all take 1 hit from a hand to pop up, maybe a use for it would be the same as shears but only for vines? but they are always open for ideas. There is a thread just for ideas though I don't know if anyone pays attention to it, cause it seemed mDiyo never responded to anyone there... here's the link

I can't say I know a mod off the top of my head, but I can tell you that last I checked, TiC tools do not show up when equipped on mobs :\

Is there a reason why mobs cannot equip Tinker tools?
And despite disabling the vanilla tools in the config, we can still get them because the mobs drop them?

So i ask again beacuse it seems my question got ignored.

Is there a way, plugin witch would disable gold for metal casts? This is vital for my modpack.

Mine/Modtweaker is your friend.

You do not NEED gold, you know? You can mix together one part copper and three parts aluminum/aluminium and use that.

maybe it does 3 by 3 on all plants like leaves and vines, and does a 3 by 1 in front of you for combat?

that all i knew about redstone i was wandering about if there is others

as far as i can tell i can no longer git clone tinkers construct --branch experimental as it is asking for a username password.

What, you mean like the Scythe that is already implemented?

So... I was watching latest Direwolf20 video, where he builds reactor, and there was as usial some fighting between Soaryn and Fireball.

Nothing unexpected... but there was sounds of.... GUNSHOTS!

boni i think adding support for mine and blades dual wield mod would be cool to see with the type of weapons from tinkers added.

I think this may be the guns from xenos reliquary.

On the note on Battlegear, I'm curious. I see that you can add them to the batttlegear slots, but I've noticed that weapons seem not to actually "work", in that they don't do any extra damage. Is this due to incompatibility?
