Do you have any more questions?
You need any more info to be able to make the report yourself?
Don't trust the wiki, it's for older versions.
It should be working. Try breaking the table and placing it again as it could be a client desync. Perhaps another mod is interfering with the recipe.
Before you post something on the Tinkers' Construct thread... please read this.
If you have a crash log, READ it before posting it (and if you do, use spoilers). Some stuff should be obvious to where it comes from. Try reproducing the same thing with only Tinkers' Construct or Mantle on vanilla Forge (please do make sure that you're using the latest TiC and Mantle versions). If it still does happen, report it to the issue tracker (Yes, you have to sign up... but it's not that hard).
Last but not least, please do not ask for unsupported versions (1.7.10, 1.8.9) or ask for non-existent ones (1.8)!
Even though it's quite outdated already, I have a question for TC on MC 1.7.10.
As far as I know, TC tools and weapons cannot be enchanted, but all stats have to be added by tinkering. Can this be avoided for third party enchantments, as they would be almost unusable otherwise?
An example for this would be More Enchantments by Lithial. For me, it would be quite a loss if I couldn't use them.
Worst case scenario: how hard would it be to add these modifiers to materials to tinker with as an addon?
Thanks for the help!

Thank you.
I know I'm a pain by not going through channels, but you've been a big help.
FINALLY a mod that has hammers
Do bow materials affect the shot accuracy? I made a longbow with bronze limbs, copper plate, and some redstone for draw speed, and even tho the normal fletching gives 91% accuracy, some shots are really innacurate. It almost makes longbows useless without arrows made with the best fletching. Is there any other way to make arrows more accurate?
I got it to work casting gold on a wooden large plate. The stone one did not work. Very strange that.
Stencil table is blank pattern over wood plank, part builder is same but with log, and tool station is pattern over crafting table/station.

I'm pretty sure there was a recipe in the first book for those 3 tables. Anyway, I think pretty much everyone in Minecraft plays with one item mod like Not Enough Items or Just Enough Items. You can see any recipe there.
Why was the lava crystal taken out ? sorry i havent followed this mod in a while, but is there something that replaces this for actual tools ?
Alright, this has been bugging me for a while.
Is it construct as in to create something or is it construct (with an emphasized O) as in "an idea or theory containing various conceptual elements, typically one considered to be subjective and not based on empirical evidence"?
#SuchImportantQuestion
I think it's the latter, it's subjective based on each player's experience while playing Minecraft with this mod installed. There are multiple different tool combinations, which in turn leads to the general idea of creativity. One has all these options, yet can constrain themselves to specific options that appeal at the time, which can have good or bad consequences. In the real world, life is much like Tinker's Construct. One can mix and match various aspects of their life to make something good, or something quite horrible. Such is the way of life, and Tinker's Construct.
I believe that now certain tool materials have the innate ability to auto-smelt, and thus a special modifier item for this function was no longer needed. If you want it, Firewood has the autosmelt ability built-in, so just make a part from Firewood.
Btw, Firewood is made from Lavawood.
Lavawood = pour lava on wood plank in casting basin.
Firewood = craft two blaze powder with one Lavawood to make one Firewood.

Honestly? I sort of miss the hidden book. I liked the story of the tinker who wanted better tools.
Yeah, added lore to the mod.

So, I have the Chisel mod and Unified Items installed, and I feel like one of them is interacting strangely with TConstruct to make a bug, but IDK in which mod the fault lies. Basically, whenever I pour a full block into a basin from my smeltery, it chooses one of the chiseled textures for that block if its' available instead of the default block texture. Now, this wouldn't be a HUGE deal, except that once the block dries and can be pulled out of the basin, the block itself turns invisible, so more than once I have tried to pour a block and not been able to figure out why the spout wouldn't pour only to eventually realize that there's an invisible tin block in the basin already. Help?
Try removing one of the mods and try again. Then try with the other mod removed. If the issue isn't solved in either case, try with only TConstruct. If the issue is still happening, it's not Chisel or Unified Items.
When you post a mod: "No pics no clicks" and "MCreator = bad ~99% of the time"
Don't forget to read the crashlog before reporting the crash. It might tell you why it's crashing.

I disabled Unified Items and poured a Copper Block, which came out a chiseled version, and then turned invisible until I took it out of the basin, like before. I turned Unified Items back on and turned Chisel off, and the block came out normally without any invisibility, so... I assume this is a problem with the Smeltery somehow choosing the incorrect version of the block as the default... Is there a way to fix it? Obviously removing Chisel would make it so that it doesn't pour a chiseled version of the block in question, but how do I make it so that it knows what version is the correct one when Chisel is enabled? Is this just a bug?
I would say it is a Chisel-related bug. I would talk with the Chisel dev and see if a fix can be made.

Does anyone know of a low-tech mod for 1.11.2 that allows for the creation of steel in Tinkers? I'm avoiding high-tech mods for something I'm working on and so far the only thing I've found that makes a way to create steel is VoidCraft, but by the time you can create the machine, you will have already traveled to the End and back, and by that point why even use steel? I have a mod that adds steel dust and all that, but there is no means to crush blocks and no recipe to make it. Unless, there is a way make steel in Tinkers alone that I'm not aware of...
