I have a question. In my Minecraft with this mod. I can't open the normal chest of Minecraft.
Is normal on this mod or my Minecraft has a mistakes?
And install a mod of chest´s and has the same mistake, i can´t open.
Huh, I have Tinker's Construct and Thermal Expansion and can open vanilla chests just fine. Maybe reinstall TiCon and that chest mod and see if anything changes? Or try with just those mods, maybe they are conflicting somehow. Unless you have solid blocks above your chests or a cat sitting on em, that typically makes them impossible to open.

A bit of a strange question about cross mod interplay.
Quark changes the enderman teleportation mechanics. Does enderfearance prevent the endermen from teleporting YOU to THEM, or does Quark make them deadlier?

Technically that's still considered endermen teleportation, so it should block it. If not, it's still a nice balancing thing.

Maybe the two folks involved in the two mods can work out blocking the first one as enderfearance 1, and blocking both kinds as enderfearance 2, make a reason to have even MORE endstone in our weapons.
Was the battleaxe removed? Or a hidden recipe? I can't find any way to craft it.
Last I remember it was two broad axe blades, a large plate and two tough tool rods. It can only be made in the tool forge (the one made with 4 ore blocks and 3 seared stone around a tool station).
There's a lot of mods that add Copper. For instance, Thermal Foundation, Mekanism, Forestry, Industrialcraft...
And I believe that Galacticraft and Immersive Engineering add Aluminium.
Mods sometimes like to backport items from future versions into older versions.
If I may suggest that you perhaps talk with the old extra TIC add on maker and get the spear code, and work out an updated version of that? Perhaps crib some from the new trident?
I'm thinking that the head of the spear, if it's prismarine, should look a bit like the vanilla trident, otherwise it's just a spear, and perhaps a modifier that gives it the "return" property?
I'm working on porting my modpack to 1.12.2 from 1.7.10 and a crucial part of the modpack is no longer supported. (Iguanas Tinkers Tweaks) The part I need is the part of the mod that when you make or upgrade a tool, you need to use it enough to up the harvest level to move onto the next turn. Also I cant find a add on or setting the disables non tinker tools.
This was for realism reasons. I didn't want people going from flint straight to iron. (People are required to start with flint before reaching copper.) Is there any setting, add on, or mod that can mimic these behaviors?
Well, the solution would be to disable their use as tools, so they can still be made and used for recipes, they just cannot be used on their own.

The 1.10.2 is unsupported, as far as I know. But hey, you can still try to use it.
What mods would I need to add to restore the missing ores from Tinkers Construct? And what mods could I add that adds new materials for TC?

They have built-in Tinkers support.
Does anyone have any suggestions for adding Bronze ingots into a pack? Base metals isn't compatible and Substratum is too slow to update.
I'd probs suggest Thermal Expansion, as it definitely has bronze.
