If you give a trainer an emerald, they will trade things with you for a few minutes before they turn hostile again (and you need to give them another emerald)
They can trade you TMs, Mega stones, Pokecubes, their pokemobs (if you right click them with one of your pokemobs), a random Badge (might not always trade those things, what they trade is randomly picked from those)

i made two industrial chunks and nothing spawned there and i have been playing for 5 minecraft days did they rarely spawn there ?
If too many things around, they won't spawn, My suggestion is use repel blocks to make it so the only spawnable area is inside the industrial area, then kill all wild pokemobs nearby. The problem is that there is a lot of area that is not industrial to spawn in, so mostly they spawn elsewhere, not much I can do about that which won't cause extra lag from spawning checks.
Change distance repel blocks work by right clicking with berry.
Applying redstone turns off repel block.
Here is example setup (uses 8 repel blocks each set to 27 via cornn berry, can be done with only 4 if you use cornn berry for 2 and rowap berry for other 2)
red area is outside of range of any of the repel blocks, black things are repel blocks (one is behind a tree), blue circled is a voltorb that spawned there.

...Well, that's a bother. I thought you needed to surround an area with repel blocks. This explains my rapid frame drops... I thought it was odd that they were tile entities...

Sorry I know that what I initially said, and my rebuttal when you replied are two different things, but I am terrible at explaining things. It usually takes someone else who tells me something like "......? I don't understand..." to get it right after the fact. I hope it didn't confuse you too much!
the fossil pokemons and the pokemons that you get by trading and in the industrial sub-biome count as unique captures ?
also where i can find deoxys and arceus ?
is there a way to increase the spawn of monsters ? i only find pokemobs and rarely monsters
also do you have plans to add the arceus plates ?
You mean the vanilla monsters? I wonder if the number of pokemobs decreases their spawns? that might be difficult to fix, I will look into it.
Currently the badges are the arceus plates.

Finally finished the Pokemons you were doing, you could see if they were good to put in Pokecube Mobs Official?
http://www.mediafire.com/download/esvv3b65v96byll/Pokecube Models.rar
Hmm, most of them look quite good and I will see about adding them, but the Glalie Mega looks a bit too round when compared to the normal Glalie.
Edit: for animation reasons, can you move the origin of the parts like the heads to where they connect to body?
por motivos de animação, você pode mover a origem das peças como as cabeças para onde eles se conectam ao corpo?
Also, here are some sample XMLs for animating some others:

Pokecube doesn't add those in, but if you also use a mod like C&B (http://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/chisels-bits), that can be used to cut the wood down into slabs.
