How is the spawn Chinchou? I'm in a ocean biome already a while and nothing.
Curiosity, when will be the next updating?
I will probably upload updates on wednesday (Core: fix to a culling issue, Fix to chinchou not spawning, Mobs: the shiny textures)
Seems there was an error in the spawn entry for chinchou, and it can only spawn on land and in water, in oceans, meaning it cannot spawn (might be able to in some very rare cases if there is a platform and the first spawn check is on land/water and the second is in the other). That will be fixed to make it spawn in water in oceans when I upload the fix.
To get the mobs, install the resource pack on the github, or use the Pokécube Mobs mod below.
Sounds, Textures and additional Pokemobs can be added by also using the following mod:

I'm in 1.7.10, but I'm near a lake, and I've been farming them for redstone. Try there.

Hmm haven't had that report for 1.9 yet, I will see about getting it fixed, I will probably be busy tomorrow, so I will try to get a fix done friday.
To get the mobs, install the resource pack on the github, or use the Pokécube Mobs mod below.
Sounds, Textures and additional Pokemobs can be added by also using the following mod:
note that Pokécube Core requires
Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world — "No, you move
1: look in config (preferably the ingame config, it has descriptions) You will find the following under spawning:
B:deactivateAnimals=true
B:deactivateMonsters=true
If you set them to false, then the only vanilla spawns will be around mob spawners.
2: Many ways to get TMs:
Some TMs are found in loot (cut, flash, dig, rocksmash).
The seller at pokemarts will probably sell a couple randomly selected TMs.
Trainers can be bribed into selling TMs, right click trainer with an emerald, and they will become friendly or a little bit, and will have some random trades.
Blank TMs can be crafted. TMs can then be written by having a pokemob who knows, or knew the move in your PC, then placing a trading table touching the PC, the trading table will turn into a TM creator, and you can place a TM in the slot (doesn't need to be blank) then select the move, and press apply, It will make that TM.
3: You can change/add spawns by using the spawns.csv found in config/pokecube/compat. The template includes examples for adding to existing spawns (the rattata example) and replacing existing spawns (the spearow example)
You can also change/add spawns via resourcepacks or by changing the pokemobs.xml, the pokemobs.xml way is not recommended.

Admittedly I was not expecting that results....it can't be right, I for one have to much a hero complex for that to be right and two: I am one of the most Pessimistic people around.....yea I have no idea how I got Mew.....
Now I got it, this is the Pokemon I would be. And I am not just saying that because I like Mewtwo, I really am a lot like Mewtwo.

No, that is probably one of your other mods doing something.
Zubat and Gastly despawn in daylight, but noone should burn in it.
Thanks I think I know what mod is doing it. Sorry, now I really feel stupid because in the mod description it mentions that it makes Creepers burn in the daylight as well.

I bet it does so by looking for anything labled as an "IMob", and makes that burn in daylight, pokemobs are counted as "IMob"s as well (for the purpose of compatibility with maps that detect mobs), so it probably caught them too. Does it also make spiders burn in daylight?

Don't know, I'm to busy running from the mobs. It called Monster Swarm, and it makes the monsters much harder to kill.......And they can break blocks and build and....Its a pain, I keep meaning to take it off. I finally did.

so how goes the progress on the mod? hoping you can fix creative mode hunger soon
been busy with other things this week, I do think I got the code in for the hunger thing, as well as the health thing though, I will see about getting it pushed/released at some point tonight or this weekend.

whoo! the sooner i can play as mewtwo in creative mode, with no fear of death, the better :3
i wanna rampage through the world of minecraft!!

Hmm haven't had that report for 1.9 yet, I will see about getting it fixed, I will probably be busy tomorrow, so I will try to get a fix done friday.

I have played this mod and i have some questions
1.-Can i disable vanilla mob spawning?
2.-where do i find tms?
3 -how can i makesome pokemon spawn commonly?

Are Pokemobs suppose to burn in the day light?
