tried editing them as you said, now they dont work at all. ill just wait for the professional to fix this stuff >.<
Hopefully I will be able to get that done by sometime tomorrow then. If you accidentally messed up the database, set forceDatabase back to true, and it should fix itself

These were made using photoshop's color replacement tool, so there may be some slight inaccuracies with the colors. However, they're extremely minimal, and the inaccuracies only apply to the ones that had gradients or textures.

Hooh needs y>=150, and the correct biome, the rest just need to be in correct biome.
If you look in pokemobs.xml in config/pokecube/database, it will have the biomes listed, example being the regis say "mountain 0" which means they can spawn in any mountain biome (the 0 means 0 chance of spawning naturally)
Ho-oh/Celebi say forest, so need to be in forest biome.

first the question: how does one change giratinas form?
and the request. since pokken tournament is coming soon.. i would love a shadow mewtwo model be implemented and capturable.
Currently, giratina's form cannot be changed normally, as I dont have it set to have the item, the person who was going to make the distortion realm was going to get that stuff done as well.
If you add <FORMEITEMS forme="Giratina Origin:diamond"/> to the database for giratina's stats (add it after <ABILITY hidden="Telepathy" normal="Pressure"/>) then it will make him change forme to origin forme when you give him a diamond.
As for the request, if you can make the model/texture, then that can be done on your side via a resource pack, I don't make models/textures, which is the reason why every pokemon isn't in the mod yet.

Oh, I don't have a minecraft account. You can assume I have other methods to play it, such as through a friend's account. My favorite Pokemon is Stunfisk, however, if you 're still willing to add me!
I was going to save this for tomorrow, but I may be busy then, so here's 56 shiny textures for mons D through G
As a suggestion, is it possible to add the ability for your Pokemon to pick moves on their own? I'm not asking for your Pokemon to be super smart at their move choices, but something like what the NPC's do, in which they automatically pick moves that would deal the most damage. I could see this as a config option client-side, for those that want a more casual battling experience. Of course, this comes with pros and cons, so there's not a major breaking of the fundamentals of battling. The pros is that you can fight other Pokemon/Monsters or do other things, while your Pokemon will be smart enough to fend for its own without the player's input. The cons are that Pokemon will no longer use status/support moves, and only forgo the strongest attack.
My little sister has a hard time battling because of the many things that happen on-screen, so it would be nice to somehow reduce the complexity of the battling in the form of a config option in order for casuals like her to focus on other things, while still enjoying the features the mod offers.

I can try to add a config option for auto-picking moves on client side, if I do, it will work exactly like the current trainer AI, where it just picks whatever does most damage.

Added the option "autoSelectMoves" to the client section of the pokecube.cfg.
If set to true, your pokemobs will automatically be told to use whatever attack they have that deals the most damage to the current target.

I had a post here, but apparently it was eaten by Data Vampires. But anyway, I did the Pikachu line's shinies, as well as Mewtwo's.
Just so you know, my favorite Pokemon is Raichu and my name in-game is Rejnka. It's nothing compared to what Sunfished is doing, but I got it where it counts, I suppose.I'll probably do some modeling too - nothing major, just some simpler alternate forms.

Thanks, those textures should be in the next release of Pokecube Mobs, it will probably be in a few days, as I will wait to see if any more models/textures come in in that time.

The wiki really needs updating lol, unfortunately, I am not very good at making that sort of thing easily readable.
(...)
Meant to make this post yesterday; I'm pretty allright at making things easily readable, but not the best. Nor am I the most knowledgeable about this mod, as my consistent questions may make apparent. But if you can tell me what needs updating, and where to put it, I can phrase it (probably) if I can find the time.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Sorry I know that what I initially said, and my rebuttal when you replied are two different things, but I am terrible at explaining things. It usually takes someone else who tells me something like "......? I don't understand..." to get it right after the fact. I hope it didn't confuse you too much!

It generally could do with pages for things like using the blocks, FAQ section, etc.
it should also have pages on the command use and mod integration, I will link some google docs later today with full usage of all of the commands, as well as one with some details on the OpenComputers integration.

Got bored in the middle of Spring Break, so I decided to make shiny textures for those that are missing them.
For now, I'll be doing them in alphabetical order, so here's all 57 missing shiny textures for Pokemon starting with letters A to C:

All of those things are defined here, and in the database xml.

Dark/Psychic with less bulk, but more power and Dark Nova? Probably.
