the spawns.xml can be used to change legendary spawn chances, and expScaleFactor can be used to scale exp gain. For shiny, no, there is no config for that, but if you want to cheat in shinies, you can do so by giving yourself some shiny charms.

How (roughly) do the config values mobSpawnNumber and mobDensityMultiplier work?
I'm trying to get a balance between vanilla mobs and pokemobs. By default there are too many pokemobs, and it's really hard to get vanilla mobs to spawn.
I'd like to get it 50/50 or so, which I think should be possible between the config values and the IncreaseMobs mod, but I'm not sure how to set these config values...

to get more vanilla mobs to spawn, you probably want to set mobSpawnNumber to something like 5-7, then set cull to true, and lower the cullDistance down to 32, and lower maxSpawnRadius to 24. mobSpawnNumber and mobDensityMultiplier both affect the same thing, I should probably remove mobDensityMultiplier, as it was an older config, that mobSpawnNumber mostly obsoletes, the number of mobs that can be within maxSpawnRadius for a spawn to succeed is mobSpawnNumber * mobDensityMultiplier .

Thanks! I'll give these numbers a try tonight. Appreciate the work you're doing, I'm having way more fun than I should with this mod.
This may sound like a stupid question, but how am I supposed to level up a Pokemon with no attack moves? It won't gain exp from battles it takes part in if it's not the one who KO's the opponent, as far as I can tell - that's what's happening to me, and it's what I've read online.
I'm trying to raise a low level Ralts, and it's a little impossible if it only knows Growl. Not to mention how rare candies don't seem to exist, which I can understand if it's to prevent abuse.
As a side note, I'm using the completely updated 1.11 versions from Curseforge.
And a small bug to report, my Rowlet lost all of it's moves after fainting once aside from Tackle. It was level 11, had Growl and Leafage as well.

To level it give it exp share and have it near the battle or teach it a move via tm.
If you can find a reliable way to get the moves to disappear please let me know how, i have not been able to replicate that bug on my end.

Is there a way in-game (or with a /summon command) to spawn a Pokemart and Pokecenter NPC? I'm building a custom village, was wondering if it's possible to place one by hand.

There is a Trader Editor that can be shift right clicking with it, might need to shift right click air for that.
For pokecenter npc shift right click with lucky egg then iirc punch the professor that spawns with it.

Hmmm. :|a There may be a problem with the exp share in the current version, then; I supposedly got one as a reward from my dex but never received it, I thought it wasn't implemented yet because of it. It wasn't in the creative menu nor JEI either.
As for the move bug, I'll do my best to see if I can find a cause!

So, when new Pokemon spawn in the wild, they just completely sit still and don't move, even when I get close. They fight when I have my own Pokemon fight them, however. I'm on 1.11, is this a bug? If so, how do I fix it?
Hello, I'm playing in the versions:
Pokecube Core-5.0.7
Pokecube Mobs-2.4.4
Pokecube Revival-5.0.5
Thutcore-4.3.1
And I noticed 2 bugs!
1- The Pokémon do not move, they stand still, and when you go into combat with them back to normal.
2- When you mega evolves the pokémon and keeps repeating it, evolving and evolving the pokémon is getting giant.[/pre]

1) is normal. The Pokemon is just waiting for orders. It's probably sitting if you shift-right click on it.
I just created a sky block world with Pokecube installed. I have had two Rayqazzas and an Entei spawn within 15 minutes of play. This would be because of there being no-where else for them to go, and this being normal, yes? Or do I have a bug that I should report?
Sorry I know that what I initially said, and my rebuttal when you replied are two different things, but I am terrible at explaining things. It usually takes someone else who tells me something like "......? I don't understand..." to get it right after the fact. I hope it didn't confuse you too much!

Seems something went funny with the idle movement AI. I will try to get this fixed asap.

Ok, thank you
um I found spawns.xml, but can you explain this, more like, understand-ish? in a easier way is what im trying to say.
<Spawn name="Bulbasaur" starter="true" overwrite="true" rate="0.01" min="1" max="2" types="forest"/>
<Spawn name="Squirtle" starter="true" overwrite="true" rate="0.01" min="1" max="2" types="lake" water="true"/>
<Spawn name="Caterpie" overwrite="true" rate="0.2" min="4" max="8" types="forest" typesBlacklist="sparse,cold,dry"/>//Overwrite to clear original
<Spawn name="Caterpie" rate="0.2" min="4" max="8" types="wet" typesBlacklist="sparse,cold,dry"/>//Don't overwrite to add
</Spawns>
