Huh, thats good to know for future reference then. Thanks.
On a unrelated note I came across a weird thing with pokeplayer last night. When im playing as a pokemon and level up my inventory will randomly go invisible, that alone wouldn't be a problem but if I don't move something in it to "boot" it back to being visible it will permanantly vanish. That's happened twice now
Looks like a meteor impact site at which certain Spawn fairy Pokemon. It's by far my most disliked feature about this mod, (because the rest of it is so awesome).
I can agree with you it destroyed the Pokemon center that I spawned next with my Pokemon and Pokedex and it destroyed what I had built so far as well.
I got some more info on the pokeplayer issue. Ive been tresting since I reported it yesterday and narrowed it down to these factors:
It happens with no other mods but pokecube installed.
It only starts happening at either level 10 or 11.
if you level up again before moving one of the invisible items in the inventory, it will instead of being invisible the reset to nothing. It can also reset after you defeat something else, couldn't get the exact chance but seems around 50/50 for full deletion.
Only happens when playing as a pokemon, sending them out and everything else is safe from the issue so far from what i can tell.
I highly doubt it will be much help since the issue is pretty obvious but here some screenshots in case you can spot something I missed:

I made a new world to do my testing just incase it was something in world causing it and it seems to happen with both survival and creative.

I recently had lung surgery( left one randomly collapsed a few days ago ) so ive been chair bound and banned from doing literally anything but relaxing. So going stir crazy I needed something to do, then remembered you needed the other ball textures for pokecube so decided to work on those for ya to pass the time.
Done with all of them but the beast ball. Figured ill do that seperatly when we actually have a ultra beast implemented later on. Some might look derpy or "off", thats because I had to get creative and instead of putting stuff on the sides istead stick it on the top without it looking out of place.. did my best.
Put it on the side and the whole "sides auto-map to the back" messes the whole thing up.

thanks they look good to me, I will try to see about getting them in shortly, I can also see if I can do something about sides mapping to back as well for later.

Edit: any suggestions on recipes for them?
Yeah, I got a few suggestions for recipes. Give me 30 minutes tops to screenshot them instead of making a wall of text, ill edit this post with the screenshots when im done
Edit:
You might need to tweak them to fit in more but i think i got the basic pokecube theme for therecipes, ill be the first to admit some can be better.

Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world — "No, you move

A few evolution lines like stunky, a few bug fixes, and when thutmose is done with them, the rest of the the pokeballs( except beast ball since theres no point right now with no ultra beast implemented ) into the mod so can look forward to that too.

If the textures look crappy blame me for that one
I am working on getting the new cubes added today, some will have to act slighlty differently from normal, due to the different mechanics in pokecube, but mostly will act as expected.

One other thing you could do wrt textures like the moon cube which would be nice to have different textures for the sides, is you can make custom jsons for them, I can get a basic template done, then if you want you can modify the textures accordingly.

I can try testing the json stuff when I get a chance I suppose. If the back/side texture mapping is fixed I can have those done by tomorrow in all honesty, I actually have the basic image files for the sides of the ones like moon cube and heavy cube. Just need some tweaking to look good

about to do recipes now, besides park and dream cube (which are essentially mastercubes), I will probably go with similar to what you have, but using the premier cube as the base, I have buffed the recipe for it to produce 12 of them, and I will probably make some changes to other recipes accordingly

How does Fossil Reanimation work? I can't figure it out. I was able to extract a fossil DNA using the book and water thing, but I have no idea what to do or where to use anything.

Here is the json stuff that needs to be changed:
below is a link to say the cherishcube json, notice how it says this: "parent": "pokecube:block/pokecubes"
https://github.com/Thutmose/Pokecube-Mobs/blob/master/src/main/resources/assets/pokecube/models/block/cherishcube.json
that means it uses the below model for where it maps the sides to:
https://github.com/Thutmose/Pokecube-Mobs/blob/master/src/main/resources/assets/pokecube/models/block/pokecubes.json
This one doesn't have seperate side textures, just uses "side" for both (cherishcube.json then says "side" is "pokecube:items/cherishcubeside")
So for seperate side textures, change "parent": "pokecube:block/pokecubes" to "parent": "pokecube:block/pokecubes_nonsymmetric", which is the following:
https://github.com/Thutmose/Pokecube-Mobs/blob/master/src/main/resources/assets/pokecube/models/block/pokecubes_nonsymmetric.json
which instead of "side" uses "side0" and "side1", so you specify those in the cube json instead of just "side" and it should render them.
