Which means it is loading them in correctly. check your config settings? better yet, delete all of the pokecube configs, restart game, then turn off meteors (incase they are causing issues again)
Edit:
Server and client are running completely different versions, fix that and see if that fixes the issues?

Thutmose thanks for the super reply! I don't have the slightest clue how the server mod versions were different though I went ahead with just deleting the folder, akin to what I did on my machine, then recreated it and reuploaded, as whenever I make changes to my client I click drag the new .jar items into filezilla to upload to the server. Oh well user error somewhere I'm certain.
I had mcprohosting (what hosting service does everyone use/have most success with?) upgrade forge on my server cause I have fubared that repeatedly in past.
Now everything is working. Thutmose you are a gandalf magician! THANK YOU! /slaps forearm and starts injecting minecraft gametime drug.......not weird at all

Glad I could help. I have never used a hosting service before, all the servers I have hosted were local, so I have no idea which is best.

I don't know what changed but now the whole server has pokemon and friendly/unfriendly minecraft mobs. How do I return things to only pokemon spawn and none of the minecraft mobs spawn server wide for anyone/everyone?

Using the 1.7.10 build; it seems that the mod is ignoring config options (ie. I set the option to not generate a pokecenter at spawn but it spawns anyways). Is there something I can do about this?

I think I will increase the caps from 40 to 90 before releasing the changes though, I will probably wait for more textures/models before releasing that particular "fix" though.

What can be done to /give or create pokemon? I lost charizard and a duodo while gaming last night due to lag or latency so now there are just two pokecubes that are glitched in the world. restarting the server didn't put em in my pokecenter/pc either

try right clicking the pokecubes sitting in the world
Edit: if they really are lost, you can place a command block and use /pokemake <pokemob name> to spawn a pokemob
Edit2:
So what can happen sometimes, if the pokecube fails to release or capture, it will just sit there as a pokecube entity. If a player right clicks it and it has a pokemob in it, it will either send it out, or add the pokecube to player's inventory.
It will add if the player owns the pokemob, and it will send out otherwise.

shift right clicking with a pokecube will drop it as a pokecube entity, not as an item.

and
Your server version of forge is outdated as well, server forge is 1684, I suggest upgrading that to 1764 as well.
Edit: I need to be getting to sleep, I suggest making sure everything is running latest everything, including the server.
I will probably be back at computer in ~10 hours or so, and will try to see if I can help with any issues if they still remain then.

you can do it ingame with
/pokesettings deactivateMonsters true
/pokesettings deactivateAnimals true
You might need to run each twice on server to work.
Or just set them via configs.

Note, The following is very very buggy, as Forge is still in alpha
1.9 Pre release:
Pokecube Core 3.0.0 and Pokecube Mobs 3.0.0 uploaded. Both are pre-releases. Pokecube Core may be buggy as crap, as minecraft is too.

Not sure, about that build, I guess you could manually remove it?
I will see if that config is still ignored in the 1.8.9 version and fix it if it is.
Edit: That option seems to work in the 1.8.9 version.

Yeahhh, head tracking is a bit on the wonk :s
Ya, that should also have been fixed in update sometime last year for 1.8.9.
I know I fixed it for all of the ones I noticed, I will check if I fixed it for him.
He was one of the prototypes for loading from resources, instead of hardcoding models.

If you want to fix that on your end, replace the Fennekin.xml inside the assets for Mobs with the one found here:
