Hey guys, Caveworld was updated to 1.6.6!
The changelogs of this update are as follows..
Added: Refined Cavenium
Added: Refined Cavenium Ore
Added: Block of Cavenium
Added: Block of Refined Cavenium
Added: Creative tab "Caveworld"
Added: Graded to mining pickaxe
Changed: If your mining pickaxe was graded, you can use the RANGED mode.
Fixed: You cannot show the Mining Pickaxe's recipes by NEI or CraftGuide.
Fixed: When you use Java 7, this mod will be not working normally.
You will find new items and blocks details on first post spoilers.
NOTE: If you installed this mod older version, you should regenerate the config file "caveworld-veins.cfg" or add a cave vein for refined cavenium ore.
If you installed this mod, recommends you to update to latest.
Maybe you could use Mining Points as a currency for example your pick breaks and you have enough Mining Points to buy an iron pick so you can continue onwards!

Don't understand how the deep dimension works, I'm just an idiot. Lol. But is the new update available for the 1.7.2 version? And I can help with a chinese translation, though it would take a lot of time. Don't even know if chinese download this lmfao.

Added: 3 achievements, Deep Caves, Under Caves, and I'm back.
Changed: Mining pickaxe's recipe material pickaxe can be replaced to anything pickaxe.
Changed: When you returning from Deep Caveworld, if you unlocked achievement of "I'm back!", you get 5000 mining points and more.
If you installed this mod, recommends you to update to latest.

If you have 100 and more mining points, you will teleport to Deep Caveworld dimension!
But if you haven't it, you will teleport to somewhere in the Caveworld dimension.
Ok, so my original idea for using this mod... failed.
My intention was to make many different underground biomes, each with a unique feel and content. For example, I would make take the "ocean" biome with base block of water and a few veins of sponge - this would be an "underground ocean" biome. I did a similar thing for every one of the 30 biome ideas I had... or so I tried.
By the time I was editing the 7th biome and tested it, the ammount of variables I had loaded on the config files for this mod, specially for the veins, was so much that minecraft started crashing by lack of memory. In other worlds, the game cannot handle all the possibilities this mod brings. It's NOT the mod fault.
I haven't gave up of making my unique underground biome paradise. I will need a different approach. But for now, keep the lesson I learned: Don't go beyond 100 custom veins or the game might never load.
Sorry if I'm late to the party, but for those of you using Chickenbones' ender chests, there's a config option in Enderstorage.cfg that re-enables the old ender chests.

Hi, for some reason Metallurgy ores aren't being generated in my caveworld....i have the auto register mod ores cfg enabled. Do i have to add each ore manually?

I never got auto register to work while experimenting - and I have a lot of ore mods on my current pack. Sadly, it have to be added manually.
Yeah I would use this mod but I have the ender chest from Chicken Bones.
In the first post there are alternatives for this problem; in resume, you can activate a crafting recipe for the portal frame in the config files, so you can use both mods.

Also, ChickenBones' ender chests have a config that lets you make the old ones as well.

i when thru the portal in real world and i when in to the cave world but no portal to get back and im stuck there i killed my self hoping it sen me back to my real world but no luck and its kind of annoying now cant build a portal as there no wood round or mossy stone
can someone help please i tryed to chance to my gamemode but keeped saying error

When you activate the mod to begin straight into Caveworld, it actually gives you sapplings, so you need to be prepared before you jump from normal vanilla into caveworld. You need to be prepared.
There is hope, however, as you may customize the blocks on biomes and veins in the cave world. Go to main screen, click mods and click on caveworld - the config button will activate. Click on it and - to resume - you can make ANY block spawn in veins in any biomes, like mossy cobblestone or even wooden logs.
