A collection of useful mods designed to make playing Minecraft feel more like other AAA games. These mods add some sort of utility to any game, making it more immersive to play.

Spot-lighters
I'm currently looking for people to do mod spotlights on the whole lot. All 4 in on spotlight shouldn't take too long and it's better to show all the mods working in conjunction
This mod adds Damage and Healing floating combat text. When using Closed Captions the player's combat text is displayed in the Closed Captions interface instead.
Ouch! The skeleton fires a bow and hits you for 1 or 2 arrow damage.
This mod adds Closed Captions to sounds in the game in a very nice way. These closed captions are both displayed in 2d and 3d in world. Looks great with any number of mod packs.
World Tooltips isn't a replacement for Waila, Waila is for the blocks placed in the world and World Tooltips is for items on the ground. It works rather nicely with it
Battle Text will work with any source of damage and healing, modded or not.
