Off-hand item is present on the armour status GUI at the "off" side of the screen (left by default). Armour status is next to the hotbar by default, that's why the vanilla off-hand slot is hidden. Turning armour status off will bring it back.
Thanks for the reply. Turning ArmorHUD off seems to fix the issue, but sadly having the ArmorHUD was one of the main reasons I downloaded the plugin, haha. I will probably just get used to not having the off hand show next to the hotbar if there is no way to have them both appear at the same time, after moving the ArmorHUD to the far right side.

The ArmorHUD shows the offhand the same as the other items on the right side when enabled, but the GUI Box that appears in the vanilla game when you put an item in the off hand no longer shows up. I didn't mean to phrase it odd, but I didn't know if it was possible to have ArmorHUD enabled while also showing the vanilla GUI box to the left of the hotbar as well.

I know what you meant, but it wouldn't make sense to have it in 2 places. It can be coded though.

Oh gotcha, sorry to make that confusing! It just seems odd to me visually that when you have an offhand the vanilla box doesn't appear, not that you can't see what it is / read it off to the side. Only because that is what you're used to seeing when you equip it rather than just text I guess. As all the other slots the slots are still visible the text is just an additive to be consistent with the rest of the ArmorGUI. Thanks for being responsive anyway and if possible to add an option in the future, that would be great!

It seems to be conflicting with Battlegear 2 (or at least the Classes of Warcraft mod, which is based on a modified version of BG2) and crashes me whenever trying to use the combat-weapon slots.

I wound up disabling the mod that was causing the problem for other reasons as well as this one, so should be fine now either way. Don't think I have the crash report anymore now, but it was the 'Classes of Warcraft' mod if you want to troubleshoot. Was some sort of rendering conflict so far as I could tell

I won't necessarily get the same outcome as you, so I would appreciate if you could check Minecraft logs or crash-reports folders for the crash report. Thanks!

* Fixed slime chunks not updating when changing the seed in multiplayer and using world map map data.
* Fixed the use of seed "0" for slime chunks.
* Fixed some other multiplayer slime chunks issues caused by the multiworld support.
* Fixed a compatibility issue with Tinker's Construct that caused the game to crash.
* Fixed compatibility with mods that replace the hotbar.
* Fixed compatibility with some modded blocks (broken since 1.13.7).
* Fixed occasional crashing when entering/exiting a world.

The button has been removed. You should now use Y to open the settings. You should also check other key bindings available in the Controls menu.
