There is no such thing as "toggle shift" here. Definitely don't set toggle sneak to shift.
Maybe you are using the vanilla accessibility toggle sneak or something.
EDIT: I don't remember exactly how the modded toggle sneak works, but you can try enabling it again in the settings and hitting the toggle sneak key to toggle it off.
