Maybe I should see if I can put together a tutorial. In my COPIOUS free time and with my MASSIVE experience of making YouTube videos. (HA!)
Ya im not so much experienced in that field ether, If you manage to get something together or anyone else for that matter i'll drop a link to it in the main post
* Fixed: max item limit not preventing insertion of items in a storage unit when a player is inserting.
* Added: Cammo device, can be used to hide cables, can make the cable look like any other block (none tileentity only)
* Added: holding cammo device in your hand will show hidden cables.
sounds like a mod that would help a lot for sorting items, and factories, but I have no idea how to use it? didn't find a wiki or a video explaining how to make it work...

if you are familiar with Factorization Router it's pretty much the same thing + there is an in-game guide ?

It is AWESOME for auto-sorting storage systems. Tom has combined the best features of the old Factorization router, without its bugs and with much better performance, plus his own improvements, with absolutely the best barrel implementation in existence.
And as a free bonus, you get a portable crafting table on a stick!
It works very close to how the old factorization router did, user interface is a little different, A tutorial on the old router will show you how this one work.
The exception is on the Machinefilter where it support multiple machines to be selected, and the eject upgrade where if the router is in output mode will work as an overflow, meaning if the router cant find a inventory to put the item in it will then use the eject upgrade to eject the item, that way the router wont clog up.
Barrels can be upgraded in place, by holding a Empty barrel (just 1 not a full stack) in your hand and sneak + place the new barrel, items will transfer on to the new upgraded barrel, you can lock a item type to the barrel by sneak clicking it with a empty hand. Locking a empty barrel will prevent any automation to insert items to it, A locked barrel with a item in it will prevent you from taking out the last item, in 1.8.9 you can take out the last item but the barrel keep its item type, The player can still insert an item to a locked empty barrel.
Ya, they are a little slower then a normal vanilla furnace, but you get ore doubling, price to run it is about the same as a normal furnace, generator burns the coal a little longer.
Should be a nice little setup to start with early game
* all machines now have recipes (simplified recipes for now until all items are added)
* Fixed Visit near on router, now allows visit near to work threw a
inventory cable, and visit near works now (sorry i didn't catch that bug
before)
* Itemfilter on router ignoring the filter in some cases.
* Localization that got lost in last update.
* some other small fixes, nothing anyone would notice
Added:
* Tree Farm, Uses RF, will harvest and plant trees,
The range of the farm is 7x7, this will be adjustable later, Farm block must be placed 1 block below ground.
Tree farm has options in config to turn off particles and sound, you can also adjust tick rate, RF usage.
If you experience client lag i recommend to turn off particles in the config.
If you disable particles in the config server side it will prevent the packet to be sent to preserve bandwidth (will prevent sound and particles on all clients)

Tom, when you say "must be placed 1 block below ground", do you mean top face of the farm block must be at ground level, or top face of the farm block must be 1 block below ground? (I.E, farm block embedded 1 block or 2 blocks into the ground?)

No in-game manual for 1.8.9 at the moment,

1.8.9 beta 12 update
Added:
* Pulverizer (10 RF/t)
* Furnace (10 RF/t)* Generator (20 RF/t)
* Copper ore gen, dust, ingot
Using official CofH API.
Copper has no use yet, will be part of the recipe for the machines,
Machines have no recipe, feel free to test them in creative and report
any issues.
So RR implements a beginning processing/power system now? Interesting.

top must be one below ground, so if u put a dirt block ontop its even with the rest
OK, gotcha.
are you running a 1.8.9 server or just testing it offline ?
I have a 1.8.9 test server. I can give you the mod list if you want to poke around on it.
