Whenever I have a fish in my inventory and I walk under a block the whole game gets extremely dim. The game stays dim even on the main menu where the panorama background doesn't work. Is this intended? I'm fairly sure this is a bug and if it could be fixed, that would be great. Thanks!

Thank you for updating this to 1.7.10. I found a few lighting issues with the mod. First is that the lighting while underwater gets dark really quickly and seems to dim the whole screen. Second while looking at one of your fish or the creative inventory while under the effect of a potion of night vision the whole screen takes on a blue tint.
EDIT: Interesting, looks like a screenshot taken from f2 doesn't show most of the lighting issues. Retook the images.

Tameable Dolphins would be amazing,
my suggestion would be to not add anything Thomassu is already doing with Ocean Craft, but to instead add other things to make it more unique and amazing!
such as more Mystical Creatures

Mo' Creatures is the only mod with Dolphins I've seen, and it's not always good for modpacks and doesn't suit everyone's desires

Jellyfish- Passive mobs that float around aimlessly. If you touch their tentacles you get poison II and slowness III (meant to mimic paralysis). Not sure about drops, maybe jelly (which can be crafted with bread to make a jelly sandwich). I know, it's a lame Spongebob joke but we already have rideable sea "horses" in this mod so why not jelly?
Crabs- Neutral mobs that spawn on the beach, both in water and on land. They are aggroed when you stand too close to them, otherwise they will try to avoid the player. They occasionally drop crab shell, which can be made into armor, a little weaker than iron. They also drop crab meat which is a new food source.
Piranhas- Hostile fish that spawn in the jungle and swamp. Normally kind of weak, but when a creature (or player) takes damage in the water, all nearby piranhas gain Strength II and they all attack. In real life, when they smell blood they go into a feeding frenzy so that's where I got the idea. They drop raw piranha which is a new food source.
Eels- Just another new type of fish. Drop raw eel.

Thank you for updating this to 1.7.10. I found a few lighting issues with the mod. First is that the lighting while underwater gets dark really quickly and seems to dim the whole screen. Second while looking at one of your fish or the creative inventory while under the effect of a potion of night vision the whole screen takes on a blue tint.
EDIT: Interesting, looks like a screenshot taken from f2 doesn't show most of the lighting issues. Retook the images.
IMHO I think this is a pretty big issue.
Due to your inactivity, do you think it would be possible to update your modpack policy so that usage of your mods is allowed in public packs, so as long as credit is given?

Mo' Creatures is the only mod with Dolphins I've seen, and it's not always good for modpacks and doesn't suit everyone's desires

I suggest Ocean Craft with this, by the way, it adds most of what you said

my suggestion would be to not add anything Thomassu is already doing with Ocean Craft, but to instead add other things to make it more unique and amazing!

More content you say? Some suggestions:
Jellyfish- Passive mobs that float around aimlessly. If you touch their tentacles you get poison II and slowness III (meant to mimic paralysis). Not sure about drops, maybe jelly (which can be crafted with bread to make a jelly sandwich). I know, it's a lame Spongebob joke but we already have rideable sea "horses" in this mod so why not jelly?
Crabs- Neutral mobs that spawn on the beach, both in water and on land. They are aggroed when you stand too close to them, otherwise they will try to avoid the player. They occasionally drop crab shell, which can be made into armor, a little weaker than iron. They also drop crab meat which is a new food source.
Piranhas- Hostile fish that spawn in the jungle and swamp. Normally kind of weak, but when a creature (or player) takes damage in the water, all nearby piranhas gain Strength II and they all attack. In real life, when they smell blood they go into a feeding frenzy so that's where I got the idea. They drop raw piranha which is a new food source.
Eels- Just another new type of fish. Drop raw eel.
