it was bad for me. We're talking MC crashing over and over, the computer restarting because of conflict errors. Not just pausing, though I would get lag bursts in my single player world.

How is this not working with NEI? I have NEI on my system and it seems to work fine with it, bringing up the recipes and even doing the recipe help on the crafting table.
Also if you hit "X", it brings up an ingame wiki for everything too.

Thanks for that great walkthrough, it helped me better understand what was going on in the tutorial map. One question, though, how do I get the dielectric for the cap? I don't see it in the in-game wiki (I looked really carefully...) and I see it in NEI, but it doesn't show the recipe. The server I am on is _r39 and I don't see any patch notes about the dielectric in patches past that. Anyone else able to use caps/dielectric in non-creative?
EDIT: Well, I went spelunking in the source code and it looks like Sand in the compressor. I will try that tonight, just leaving this here for others who may have the same question.

I have a world I recently started where I have the mode on hard, but I have disabled monster spawning.
I still haven't got around on using your machines, but...
During the night, I found a mob called Replicator. Which looks like a different colored version of the Silvefish.
They all dropped dusts from your mod, so I'm quite positive they come from your mod.
How does their spawning work? Considering I have disabled monster spawning, it seems there needs to be a condition for them to spawn, like say a monster spawner. I only found 3 of them through the nights, and all 3 spawned in the wild.
May I use this in my FTB modpack NAM? I am looking over my modpack permissions and have noticed I have not yet gotten any to use this mod. I am currently posting in a thread over in the FTB Forums chronicling my daily progress if you would like to see my pack's progress. I have recently restarted my pack on 1.7.10 and found this is the best tech mod for what I wish to do.

I'm not a lawyer, but I think you can redistribute Electrical Age in your modpack. If you make any changes to Electrical Age, then I think you have to release your modified source of Electrical Age under the LGP v3. You can read the conditions of the license yourself here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.html
