"highlands" or "HIGHLANDS"
You can check the level.dat generated on client for correct spelling.
Oh, and MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE you've grabbed Highlands Integrator, if you are using any mods that add biomes. Like Thaumcraft f.e.
Hello,
I feel this mod is good
But I found it seems only 1.6-1.8.9 version
It seems that Team-RTG has a Port of 1.10.2
It seems that their job is good on Github.
But why not officially released?
I would like to see feature in config that you can make Highlands biomes would generate even if you choose default generation. It would be very nice since I'm doing a pack about vannila minecraft and it's kinda weird for people to choose diffirent generation mode to see some biomes isn't it?
Mods that add their biomes to the Vanilla biome generator can not do a lot of fancy things with their biomes, while other mods, like Highlands and Biomes O' Plenty can change the placement and height-mapping of all biomes as well and when using that to their advantage, they can beautify the Minecraft world way more than those other mods.
Also, you are doing a modpack about Vanilla Minecraft?
That's like drinking rum in support of AA or donating meat to a vegetarian's barbecue!
Yeah, I pretty much know it, but I still think it could be a nice addition. If he want he can tottaly change the original generation. By "Modpack about Vannila Minecraft" I mean a modpack that adds many things that minecraft community really wanted but they never made it to be in Minecraft, and I think more biomes would be a nice addition and Highlands did this really well. Unlike other biome mods, it doesn't add like "100" biomes.
Hm, strange. I think that compiling should be somewhat similar to archiving (WinRar).
You write your program in English, but computer's processor only understands Chinese. And not any random Chinese, but only specifically northern dialect of traditional Chinese.
As you can imagine, no amount of WinRAR could help you turn your english text into chinese the CPU understands.
Hmm, if you found a way to edit Highlands, could you release a version that fixes the terrain noise issue?
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
You want a farm, you grab a hoe. You want a boat, you grab some wood. You want a fireplace, you grab A FLAMING HELL-BOULDER BECAUSE THAT'S HOW MINECRAFTERS ROLL!!!
Do the new trees have unique log and leaf blocks? I'm afraid I'm having difficulty interpreting the code. (Also, the link to github in this thread isn't working.)
was just hoping to know what the blocks were. I've been playing around with several mods, especially ones affecting the surface environment. There's such a huge variety, now I've got what seems like a billion different blocks with limited uses and... I'm just a little overwhelmed. There are still things I'd like to do and see in Minecraft, but the mods that have what I want also have a lot I don't want or overlap with those that have only what I want. Mods seem to be getting more and more complicated, too. Back in 1.4.2, I thought I'd be able to get a handle on trying to do my own modding, but each version just confuses me more than the last.
1.10.2/1.11 on future?
If you want to combine BoP with Highlands in 1.7.10, you need either Climate Control or BiomeTweaker.
Geographicraft (formerly Climate Control) - Control climate, ocean, and land sizes; stop chunk walls; put modded biomes into Default worlds, and more!
RTG plus - All the beautiful terrain of RTG, plus varied and beautiful trees and forests.
Better Forests Varied and beautiful trees and forests, in modern Minecraft.
why?
Thank you
You're welcome… heh… heh…
Give me,pls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all wish.
Any good seeds for 1.7.10 with this mod?

I see. Still doesn't answer my original question about whether the trees use unique blocks.
Uh huh. Well, thanks. Hopefully someone else runs across this and has the answer.

Will there ever be a 1.12 version?
Thanks. I may do that
