Magic Damage is any damage that is done by magic such as spells from AM2 or Thumcraft Wand Fuci
basically when the Guardian health is low he fires off a green projectile that re-ignites a dead crystal therefore healing him within rang and block all damage until it's destroyed again
and no there is nothing that can bypasses the Draconic Armor unless it's a new custom type of damage

The Wyvern Flux Capacitor discharges into any draconium block in my inventory... is that intended or an oversight?
the Wyvern & Draconic Flux Capacitors shouldn't charge anything that isn't in your hotbar but it could be an intended feature to charge Draconium blocks within a player inventory
nevertheless you can just disable the Flux Capacitor when you have draconium block/s in your inventory
I have a couple suggestions for the 1.9+ versios of DE
1. a new inventory slot in the DE helmets where you can put a dragon head: If you put it in a wyvern helmet, the head will look like a resurrected dragon head, if you put it in a draconic helmet, it will look like a chaos guardian head
2. Maybe have a slot in the chestplate inventory for an elytra and when you glide you look like one of the 2 DE dragons?

ok, so im at 72% of powers storage for my Tier 4 .. i got my Draconic Fusion injectors setup and hooked up to power for to it with EnderIO Cables (was given the draconic injectors) i got a draconium block in the fusion core an the items on the injectors to start the process, but nothing is happening...what else am i missing//not doing ?

The CCL dep loader is being phased out. The dep loader is the code that automatically downloads CCL on start up. This is as a part of a massive update by the new maintainer of CB's mods (Covers1624) The CB mods are still very much alive and being maintained. In fact they are now a lot more stable than they were when CB was maintaining them.
Edit: Oh and btw that message should be gone with the latest BC build.
I would need to see your setup to be able to give you any real advice. But with something like the reactor you absolutely have to have it chunk loaded. That should fix your issue. Theoretically the reactor itself should not care is say one of its stabilizers becomes unloaded because it has safety checks for that but if the system maintaining the reactor was to unload while the reactor istelf was still laded you would have issues.
If you dont have access to chunk loading your best bet would be to try to build the reactor and all of its supporting systems within a single chunk.
hello guys i currently have to latest version of draconic evolution from FTB mod pack, and i am trying to make charged draconium blocks. i have an energy infuser which i have also charged with generators and it has 10m rf and when i try to charge my draconium block and place it inside the energy infuser it doesn't let me place the draconium block inside the energy infuser. any suggestions?
The Chaos Dragon. I get he's supposed to be hard. I'm fine with hard. But he is literally impossible for me. I'm not talking glitches, either. I cannot destroy the crystals protecting him before I'm killed. It wasn't for a lack of trying, either. After 40 attempts, I decided to cheat in the materials gated behind the CD, something I loathe doing for any reason. I've watched videos, I've read guides, I've attempted to do the things shown and written in them. The Chaos Dragon is impossible for me. His 100% immunity to damage as long as there's a crystal up means I will never kill him. I have never played a game where I was unable to beat a boss and I've been playing games since I was five (I'm 38 now - my dad worked on arcade games so I literally had a small arcade in my house for years where I got to play for free). Even Dragon's Lair without the sound on was beatable.
I'm sure some people will insult me and mock me. But having an enemy that is this hard is just absurd. It taints the experience of the mod. Everything else about the mod is amazing. And if not for cheating in the shards, I would never have gotten to play with the content that's behind the dragon. Even that content is well done, but it doesn't have the amazing feel after spending over half an hour dying repeatedly, sometimes before I could even get to my stuff. Dark Souls 3 is easier than this. Hell, beating Battletoads was easier and that's a nightmare unto itself.
