Hey- I read through a good few pages and didn't see it, so I thought I'd ask. I can never seem to get the Garage Door to open- No matter what I do. Buttons, pressure plates, levers, redstone blocks around the whole thing, trying to open it like a normal door- Nothing. I really like how they look, too...

Did you accidentally set a password on it? That is, if you made it with the door factory. Vanilla MalisisDoors garage door should work just fine with redstone.

Usually, a redstone current on one of the blocks should do the trick. If that doesn't work, maybe there is a conflict with another mob. Try with only MalisisDoors installed. If it still doesn't work, post some log, maybe there is something in it.
I'm seeing a weird rendering issue with the rusty hatch where when I first place it down, it looks fine (screenshot) but as soon as I move, the ladders and the frame around the door disappear (screenshot) and won't come back, unless I place a block adjacent to it (screenshot). Then, If I move even a little bit, it disappears again (screenshot). What would cause this?
I tried disabling Optifine, since that is usually the cause of render issues, but that just made the frame and ladders permanently disappear.
I also restarted Forge with ONLY the doors and doors-core mods, and have the same results.

That's weird because I was only able to wistness that with Optifine. Removing it fixed it entirely. I was never able to replicate the issue in dev, so I can't debug it. :/

I had a question about the config file. What does the use3BranchHandle and use3DItems options do? It doesn't explain in the file.

The use3BranchHandle was an option to change the visual style of the handle for the Reinforced Door. It's been removed since.
The use3DItems is to use actual block models for the doors in the inventory, instead of the vanilla flat low rez texture.
- Fixed doors not being centered around oak fences.
- Added glass panes to blocks centering doors.
- Fixed rusty hatch not being destroyed properly.
- Changed rusty ladder and rusty hatch ladder to match the collision box of vanilla ladders.
- Fixed trapdoors not acting as a ladder when above rusty ladder.
- Fixed rendering crash that may happen with TrapDoors.
- Fixed rendering crash that may happen with FenceGates
However, I am encountering a weird rendering issue with the Hi-Tech Door - In 1.10.2 it appears to be completely black. Is there any solution to this as I reaaaaaaaaly want to use that door specifically for my space theme world. I am using Chocapic13 Lite shaders as well btw.

Probably a conflict with shaders. I can't really do much about that.
The recipe for the rusty iron ladder (three iron bars in a horizontal row) conflicts with the recipe for iron plates in alpha builds of Thaumcraft 6. Investigating further, I discovered that Base Metals also uses three iron bars in a horizontal row for iron plates.
Would you consider changing the rusty ladder recipe to three iron bars in a VERTICAL row? That makes more sense for a ladder anyway, and I'm not aware of any mod that it conflicts with.
Wouldn't it make more sense to use 7 iron ingots in the same shape as wooden ladders? Just make it return 7 rusty iron ladders, considering it returns three right now, I guess?
That would definitely be another way to solve the problem.

Yes, it's been marked as Under Review for 3 hours now. I asked them if something is wrong because it usually take a minute or so to validate.
