Try updating Forge. Good lord your's is horribly out of date. And if you're worried about not having a Cauldron for a newer version, use Google and look up KCauldron.

I made a Feed The Beast modpack! Simply type "Experiment812390" without quotes into the 3rD party codes area and you can see the mods list and install!

It most likely isn't Optifine causing the crash. I've been running Malisis' Doors with Optifine and have had no issues with it.
Secondly, I recommend uploading your crash report to a free site called PasteBin. Once uploaded, just post the link to your crash here,
Would it be possible to add support for Terrafirmacraft doors and trapdoors?
As said for several others, any mod you want support for has to use Malisis Doors' API.

I'm having a crash to desktop in a custom modpack when I search for doors in creative mode. It happens also when I click on the malisis door tab in the creative item search.

Can you please name some mods that are incompatible with this? I crash when i use this mod with the core mod. I am thinking it might be Optifine but i don't know.

Curse PremiumIt most likely isn't Optifine causing the crash. I've been running Malisis' Doors with Optifine and have had no issues with it.
Secondly, I recommend uploading your crash report to a free site called PasteBin. Once uploaded, just post the link to your crash here,
