PLEASE tell me you are still working on this this looks amazing. I've been checking on this but i don't see any recent updates :/
The thread isnt fully updated. We are now mostly fixing bugs, and we still have a reallife and can't work on the mod all the time, but we give our best
I tried to register onto the forums when it was first posted on the twitter link, but had an issue with the verification code when registering.
I'm almost certain I was doing it correctly, having tried many times. I haven't had this issue on other forums before. I'll give it a go again to see if it likes me this time
Edit: Same character style confirmation as before. It seems simple enough but just responds with the usual "Invalid Answer."
Well, we already have about 90 other registered members. Maybe it has something to do with your security settings? I'm not sure...
Must be. Just attempted to register on my laptop and succeeded. Thanks for the comment, I never considered that the problem could be on my end. How unusual.
Anyways, hope things get really good for you guys and you get billions of fans out of this. I think it's just a matter of waiting for the name to get out there.
Oh thank goodness that this is still being worked on. Keep at it, and when this comes out, it'll be the most popular mod out there. also, wanted to say that although some people complain a lot about you not letting us try it out yet, I'm thankful, because that means that you can add stuff in without having to stop and cut things out for a bit or worry about bugs being fixed constantly. This means that the mod overall can be worked on faster. My only worry - are you going to update it after it comes out? And if so,will it take 6 months to update? Because although I like how you are generating the mod right now, people won't like it if you never update. Then again, It is annoying to constantly check for updates for your mod, so don't make updates too often. I would say once a month? That's your choice though. Just make it awesome like you are.
About that bit with updating speed, you could say I'm....
Betweenlands
We have a function that remebers you ingame when there is a new update, and also I don't think that we'll have many updates, only major bugfixes and stuff like that
And maybe updates for new Minecraft version (but thats not sure yet, we'll see if we can update to 1.4).
An incredibly cheap thing to say, especially that your mod is in no playable state yet If you want to talk down other mods without good reason, you won't get much sympathy...
Well, I think you understood me a bit wrong, I've never talked about which mod is better or something like that.
I never said the aether is bad or that the betweenlands is better, I'd never talk down the aether it's a great mod and it will always be a great mod.
The mod isn't available for download yet. Forge API needs a little bit of time to update to 1.4.2 before they can resume coding the mod. That shouldn't take long.
Forge has always been my favorite mod api due to it's powerful and simple system, as well as the consistent updates to keep it on top. It's used by a ton of people and I couldn't imagine it taking more than a week to be updated.
By the way I must say, 1.4.2 runs a hell of alot smoother for me than 1.3 ever did. It seems like Mojang made the whole terrain load and internal server run a ton better. This should be good news.
Click on me! If you don't,I will DIE!

Right, we already have more content than the aether! And there is still a lot to come

I wonder if it's just me having the issue?

Looks cool so far, any new creepy crawlies we need to know about? or is it so secret that if I knew about it, my face would melt off?

I think they're not going to add any new mobs besides for the Mud Skeleton, Dragonfly, and the Sta-*Shot again*
