So have you added temples and guards and geckos and aurorus yet.. Or it will be released all in one..? At the end of august?
Temple guards are in as spawn eggs, and are pretty cool. Auroras have been in for a little while. Haven't seen any geckos yet, and temples are undergoing lots of work so it might be a while.
The hotbar outline disappeared and there's green zappy stuff in the corner. I'm guessing the zappy stuff is a bugged out part of some feature, but is the hotbar supposed to disappear like that?

That's actually totally fine, you just enabled some of my debug stuff with 'ctrl + g'
The 'green zappy stuff' is actually a procedural texture which we'll use for an upcoming feature.
The red sky and 'god's rays' you see in the picture are also a debugging leftover. If you want to see the real and much improved effect (without the hotbar bug), you should just enable the 'Blood Sky' event with '/blevent on bloodSky' (also has some creepy ambient music).

the blood sky sounds cool! (add some blood fog and its terrifying!)
Also can you make the HUD/GUI better for the decay and debug its really big and takes up space on my screen and doesnt look good I'm sure use guys can make it more themed and re-phased...

The dimension is cool, completely no lag was received that day.
When trying to load my survival server world (which was not messed around internally with this dimension yet) and this now happens at the startup and crashes. I'm using build 40
I pushed a fix for that crash (and another MP related crash) today. If you want you can download the source and compile it yourself right now (tutorial for that can be found here) or just wait for tomorrow's daily build on jenkins.
Anyways, you may surprise me, but personally, I think the Peat Mummy should be the next mob after the Temple Guardians, just to add to the danger of the Blood Sky...
