This mod is amazing! I love it! But the thing is, I recently had my files reset, and my Forge got lost. I couldn't find the recommended Forge download link, or any Forge download link at that on this post. Could you please add this, or tell me if I'm being blind?

Forge downloads are found on the page Cyrilshark gave a link to, most mods won't have that link in their OP.
If the page doesn't specifically say which Forge version to use, just use the latest recommended version.
I will add a link to the Forge page though, just for ease of access.
As the last poll was split evenly on whether I should modify more aspects of the game, I've created a new poll with specific examples for you to vote on.
I get back from my holidays in a couple of days, so I'll be able to start working on my new ideas then.

The fir trees in the Rainforest biome are to help make it different to the default Jungle biome. If you don't like it, it is possible to turn off the biome in the config file.
I won't modify the default biomes, but I might change the sandstone canyon biome to be shaped more like a mesa biome than its current plateau form.
This looks epic! Will there be a 1.6.4 version, as I would love to use this with my other mods?
I won't be making a version of Enhanced Biomes for 1.6.4 as way too much Minecraft code changed in the 1.7 update, but you can always try using the release of Better Biomes for 1.6.4.
Don't worry, getting those ores working is a high priority. If it bothers you too much though, you can simply disable the new stones.

But, has anyone solved the mob spawning problem when combined with Custom Mob Spawner? I saw the note about zombiepig333's config file and installed it. I verified that the biomes I'm testing in are indeed listed in the new config file. But still no mobs at all in the new biomes.
Anyone had any luck? I can't be the only one looking to use this mod & Mo'Creatures at the same time?

So ah SMEZ1234, I'm wondering if zombiepig333's config file works for you when you run this mod with Custom Mob Spawner?
I haven't tested it honestly, I just assumed it would work. When I get a proper chance I'll have a look at it, but at the moment I have deadlines for other things looming and also need to release the next version of this. Are you putting the config file in the normal place?

I'm putting it in "...config\CustomSpawner\overworld\Biomes". Since Custom Mob Spawner automatically created that directory and populated it with three other .cfg files, it seemed pretty clear.
(I assume you're re-coloring those trees by sending a parameter down to the shaders, that's going to be a great looking effect).

For the birch variant leaves I'm just giving them a new number when they get the render colour, but the oak variants have new texturemap files.

No, no, no, just throw the folder in the download into your config directory, nowhere else. I haven't had time to finish it 100% (it is at ~70% right now), but it should for the most part work. I should adjust it so you can throw the downloaded folder in your instance directory, but that will be later. Just put the CustomSpawner folder in the config folder.

EDIT: Wait, not good. the Boreal Forest biome is in the file already. Have you tried other biomes JuniperMelody?
Also, just pointing it out, the Xeric Savannah should have an 'h' on the end. Supposedly both ways are correct...
Yeah, like I said in my first post, there's no spawns in any of the new biomes. I had already checked that Boreal Forest & Forested Archipelago was in the new .cfg. But god they're beautiful, the volcano is just genius.
