If I helped you in any way or agree in my ideas or posts, make sure you click that green arrow pointing up below my post or simply huggle me! I use 1.7.10 (Modded), so when I comment that I like a 1.8 mod, I will comment to downgrade to 1.7.10. I support no pics, no clicks. Suggestions that I think that are the best deserves a banner!
It is almost time to say goodbye to 1.7.10 because of the recent surge of big 1.9 mods.
Why MCreator sucks: jcm2606's file (doesn't open a new tab) He allows/welcomes anyone to link the file, so I put it here in my signature for people to know how MCreator functions. I thank jcm2606 (he's awesome) for creating the document/file and I'm just here to spread the word.
Question, can I "whitelist" specific food items to be stackable again? Namely, the filled tin can from IndustrialCraft. Originally, the whole point of this canned food was that it was the only stackable food item, but I can't figure out how to exempt it from the "foods don't stack" trigger in this mod.
Love the mod just one idea for you, if you could moving the armor "bar" to where the hunger used to be might be a good idea. It will make your hud look more even. Everything else is perfect though.
This mod is something special and that's why it's one of my favorites. It might not be a 'popular' mod, but to me, it belongs right up there with them. I use this very frequently in private packs for my friends.
It's a great feature in my opinion, as it doesn't necessarily make survival easier, but it kind of adds its own realm of difficulty, unlike 'hardcore' mods that make the game harder by crippling hunger even more... but in the long run, all that really does is annoy you by making you have to eat all the time.
Also, the fact that you can eat food indefinitely adds a rather unique aspect to the game that can prove both useful and fun.
Point is, I enjoy this mod and would like to thank the author for its creation and updates.
I tried both the 1.8 version of this plugin with the 1.8 version of Craftbukkit, and the 1.16.4 version of the plugin with the 1.16.4 version of Craftbukkit; both yielded the same error:
[00:36:45 ERROR]: Could not load 'plugins\HungerStrike-1.16.3-4.1.0.jar' in folder 'plugins'

(Insert spooky Christmas thing here)
Remember this? It's updated to 1.9.4 and 1.10.2 now (thanks to asie).
Mods I Develop: Garden Stuff -- Storage Drawers -- Hunger Strike
Tools I Develop: NBTExplorer -- Substrate
Does this mod affect non-player things that use food, such as Botania's Gourmaryllis? Will those still work normally?

Fall into the hands of sorrow
Drawn by the darkest bay
Walk into the pit of silence
I am the one calling your name

It only affects PlayerEntity. I'm going to throw out an educated guess that flowers were not derived from the player class. Should be fine.

Alright. I wasn't sure if this affected the actual food in any way.
