hmm, try deleting the config file and launching the game again? It looks like you may have messed up one of the options, so regenerating the file should fix it.

That fixed it...whatever "it" was. Excellent mod. Have you thought about releasing this as a server plugin?

Not really, servers don't have the same direct access to rendering that the client does, so I'm not really sure how it would be implemented on a server. Glad you got it working though.
NEI is great, and if that's what you prefer then it's fine. But not everyone uses NEI, wants the extra funtionality it includes, or wants to install Forge. This is meant as a lightweight and standalone mod for people who just want the chunk border functionality.

That's a great mod for mapmakers and RP/Semi-RP servers ! It's very useful for many things. I have an idea of improvement for mapmakers : can you add an option to show spawn chunks so players don't have to always test if that chunk is one or not ?

Not a bad idea, LiteLoader just updated so I'll mess around with it before I make the 1.7.10 release.

1.7.10 update is finished, with a couple nice new additions:
Would it be possible to make v0.2.0 available for Minecraft v1.7.2? So that those on 1.7.2 can easily find their spawn chunks as well?
Otherwise, thanks for making this mod. I've found it very useful so far.
Sorry, I don't really support older versions unless there's an issue or bug that hinders the mod's normal function, because it's a big hassle and very confusing to have to go between versions and make changes to old code. Any reason you can't update to 1.7.10?

It's not that I can't upgrade. The problem is that there are some mods I'm using that haven't been upgraded to 1.7.10 (ExplorerCraft is one example).

So, installed it and it's perfect
What others have said about the arrow keys not working is true though, but since it always shows the borders at the height you are at when you press B it doesn't matter anyways
It would be really nice when the slimechunks displayed too. Hope you will add this.

I can do this, but it's only possible to calculate if you have the world seed, which means it would work in singleplayer but not in multiplayer unless you have access to the /seed command.
I installed the 1.7.10 version and lite loader says it active I have checked show spawn chunks but nothing at all shows up what am i doing wrong? and i created several new worlds so i know I am at the world spawn.

Did you press B (by default) to turn on the borders? Do the normal orange borders show up or do neither?
Also if you're using manual height make sure they're not being rendered below ground or out of sight.
Ah man! I can't wait to use this in 1.8. KaboPC had a similar mod, but he hasn't updated it in a while. Im not going to ask when it will be updated because I know you are probably waiting on MCP to be updated. Since MIcrosoft bought Mojang, who know when that will be.
Just wanted to say that I can't wait to use this mod and create my first iron farm! Excellent work!

I have always found it a pain to have to look at the chunk offset cordinate with the f3 screen to find the end of a chunk.

1.7.10 update is finished, with a couple nice new additions:
Download ChunkBorders 0.2.0 for Minecraft 1.7.10
• Update to Minecraft 1.7.10
• Added option to show spawn chunks as well as the 20x20 spawn area
Thank you for your work, it will be very useful

Sorry about that, looks like the new forum didn't like the outdated link. Should be fine now.

You should be able to change the manual height keys to something else in the controls menu so they don't interfere.
