Im using the lite version of the shader and I seem to have a problem with sunlight flare. If i look downwards the top of my screen gets huge amounts of flare even if i am inside a building, like such:
I have an odd problem...when I use these shaders I get kind of a double vision. I could see the shaders and run it with a good 40-50 fps using ultra. Althought I also tried extreme and still had the same issue. It's like I have another set of eyeballs looking at a slightly different angle, don't know how to explain this...so here's a pic. As you can see I'm also running mods. Any ideas?
So first off, these shaders are the only ones i can properly run on my PC, and they look beautiful as well! I've got a pretty beefy gaming PC but because of my GPU being AMD, i have always had issues with Java efficiency. Anyways, I've chose the V6_NoShadows_Lite_Beta2 to use because of the appearance and trying to maintain a good enough fps (60+).
My issue is in the nether, and the middle of my in game base. The sun lighting is so strong, but my torches do almost nothing. On one hand i feel like the torches should be supplying more light at least within a few squares. But on the other, i would be willing to use a mod, or some other trick to keep the shader pack installed.
How do people deal with super low lighting in the Nether (to the point of not being able to see the ground beneath my feet)? Is there a mod that you can use to enable lighting briefly? Let me know your ideas or if you know of any fix. Thanks!
I found a "fix" for the enchanted armors being all glitchy and black.
There are a few resource packs that remove enchantment glow, just borrow the resource responsible for that.
There's another issue I haven't yet found a solution to:
The sunlight is so strong, it feels like it should burn the eyes and flesh off my bones. Just hard to look at.
The indoors and night time appear amazing, though. Too bad there are very few comments in the code, so I'll probably end up using something else if I can't figure this one out.
These shaders are soooo good but I have one problem that really bothers me: All the Maps I put onto walls indoors turn black! Can anyone help me?
Finally someone reported this bug. It's in the High, Ultra and Extreme versions, like the enchanted items glitchy black texture. I'm using Medium because of this this.

So I just started using Chocpics V5 Shaders (Medium) and during night, there seems to be a persistant white line in the sky. Does anyone have a fix for this?
EDIT NUMBER 2: Okay the problem is still persisting after updating to V6. There are 2 large white lines in the sky

I've been having this problem when I enable Chocapic13's Shaders with Optifine 1.8. This image Explains It All
Also here is a pastebin of my

Remove the shadersmod. Optifine can run the shaders. It has the shadersmod built in.
How Would I Delete The Shaders Mod From Optifine Because I've Searched Up "Optifine Without Shdersmod" And I Can't Find A Clear Version So Could You Explain How I Would Go About Deleting The ShadersMod From Optifine And Then What Shadersmod Do I Install To Fix This Problem?
I have a problem with your V6 Extrem Chocapic shader. Normally the shader looks fantastic but when I look at signs from an spcific viewing angle the signs, dorpped items and itemframs turn black. I tried other V6 typs (Ultra; High, Low, Lite) but there is always the same problem. When i use other versions of the shader for exampIe V5 then i works. But in my opinion the V6 is much better then V5. There is the same problem with or without other texturepacks. I play Mc 1.8.9 and got an AMD graphiccard.

This is the best shader pack i have ever seen i have like the worst computer and im running low and im getting like 45 fps
You are probably useing the shaders for 1.7.10.
They dont work on 1.7.10
I don't get version 6, why does the rain look bad now? It looks way better on version 5 lite, but on version 6 lite it looks terrible
Why am I here
any v6 mac version betas?

I am having this weird purple effect with the rain and I don't know how to fix it: A screenshot is in the attachment
My Specs:
Processor: Intel Core i5-6600k CPU 3.5ghz
8GB ram
Windows 10(64-bit)
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
I have other mods installed so I don't know if this is a compatibility issue.
What other mods are you running? It can most likely be a compatibility issue.
Witchery,Damage indicators, Journey map, Malisis doors, Mob amputation, and dismemberment, not enough items, and twilight forest.
All with their required core mods:code chicken core and lib, ichunutil, and malisis core.
Sorry I took so long to reply!

Ever tried removing mob-amputation and dismemberment mod and see if that helped?

ok, try and disable BLOM in the shaders.
Are you useing Optifine? In case so what version? Ive seen that before and its caused by Better Foliage.
What version of Chocapic are you useing?
Whats your graphics card?
