It's pretty cool, huh? It turns Pigs into Zombie Pigmen, Creepers into Charged Creepers, and Villagers into Witches. However, it's one of the rarest things you will see in-game.
Well, not anymore.
ThunderCraft implements lightning into Minecraft in new and exciting ways, including:
- New trees
- A new ore
- A sword so powerful it can call down lightning from the heavens to strike your enemies down
- A pick so volatile that its energy smelts the blocks it breaks
- A whole new set of armor
- A whole new set of powerful tools
- New building blocks
Here's how you get started:
Travel to the place where the earth is closest to the sky. (Extreme Hills)There, you will find the trees of thunder. Break their leaves to get Thunder Branches, which will be used in many recipes. Then, venture down into the depths to find a vein of Thunder Ore, which can only be broken with a diamond pick or better.
They will drop Thunder Shards, which will be used in future recipes.
